Continuously pumps out un-toasted bagels and bread. Poorly made coffees then when asked if they can make it correctly whether it’s coffee or food, they dish out attitude. Will no longer be going here. General manger and franchise owner should really do there jobs to assure quality standards are met. I never “Karen” out but dang I had to on this one.

I went to Dunkin Dinuts on Fair Street in Norway. Today 4/17/2024. THEY WERE THE MOST AWFUL PEOPLE. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG THING AND BECAUSE I TOLD THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW SHE YELLED AT ME FOR MY BAG WHICH WAS ON THE THE SEAT. TOOK IT BACK GOT THE RIGHT DONUT THEN THREW IT AT ME. THEN SAID WAIT FOR YOUR COOKED ITEMS. WHEN I was driving off I heard a girl in the back ground yell your welcome. I DO NOT CALL THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HOPE THE MANGER READS THIS!!!!

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a worker named “Raymond” cooked my bagel with the cream cheese in it. It ended up burning and was solid as a brick in a wall. Not sure how they saw this and allowed it to be served.

This is the only Dunkin between Norway and Windham that can get my coffee right. The staff that works there are great as well and are nice to all customers from what I have seen. Whatever they are doing should continue as they are doing it the right way.

Went in day of Christmas and ordered a XL 6&6, it had no sugar and a ton of grinds in it.. if you see grinds or the sugar machine is out, fix before passing it out.. was late to a function waiting for it to be fixed :/

Usually this is the best Dunkin around but I guess that’s changed. I ordered in the app when I was 5-10 mins away then when I got there I waited another 23 minutes inside for the order.
This was my regular Dunkin until the crew completely changed and I have had nothing but bad experiences since!1 . I ordered a maple bacon which is around $6, and when I got it, it was literally cold. I pull to the door when I realize and (as referenced in another review) the darker complected woman was locking the door, and I asked her to fix my sandwich it was cold before they close the lobby due to staffing issues and a couple minutes later she brings back a sandwich so hot and hard, it was no longer edible ?2. One afternoon I went in to this Dunkin and ordered drinks and food. One of my drinks was ready and the other, I was waiting on when again the same darker complected woman walked into lobby as a customer with a teenager and they ordered 3 drinks. While I am standing waiting on one drink only, this lady tells back to the person making drinks and tells her to make her coffee. So the lady makes all 3 of the woman's drinks while I wait for my one which was ordered before she even walked in the building. After making all 3 drinks, we was given our second drink. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer that day.
