Not to pleased with my experience here. I walk in and want to get some donuts until I notice flies crawling all over the donuts I mean a lot of them not just 1 2 or 3 like 20! So my husband and I just ordered a small hot chocolate and a medium coffee. Well his hot chocolate was hot water and whip cream and my coffee taste like water too. Anyway they made his hot chocolate over cause they didn’t put the powder in the machine before they made it.

It’s pretty bad when someone take money out of the cash register and put it in the pocket and the sexual harassment me that’s and employee in Oakland and my wife used to go there all the time for coffee and now she has a no trespassing on her they are petty and I refuse to go back to that location it nasty music playing not clean and dirty language

Very efficient here, coffee was super hot haha they had a steady supply of product to choose from. Which has been scarce recently in locations closer to home. Location was very clean and their team looked very cohesive yesterday afternoon. Both hot coffee and ice coffee were made perfectly!

Only person in drive thru no one in store ordered a small ice coffee with regular cream and 1 sugar and a large hot coffee with extra cream and 1 sugar. Delivered coffees with 5 creams and 2 sugar in both. When I brought it to her attention she went around the corner removed the labels and brought me back the same coffees and when I inquired if she remade them she turned red in the face and said of course and when I asked what was in them.she couldn't even tell me. Needless to say I won't be back to this location.

While I was waiting at the drive through I could see an employee with earbuds in, on a video call while cleaning a piece of equipment and eating pieces of food from equipment while doing so. The employee eating while working is unsettling regarding hygiene, as is the safety factor regarding her being distracted while working.

I've never been to a slower an poorly organized store wait 20 minutes then another 10 minutes just to order an then can't even get the order right just shows poor management

Ordered a 50 count munchkins at drive thru. Got home and opened it to find 5 chocolate, 5 blueberry and 40 plain glazed. Guess I would have been more specific if I thought they were gonna do something that ridiculous to me. $11 down the drain
