I went through drive-thru ordering 2 ice coffees. The employee repeated my order the yay I ordered it. I drove away and bought the coffee to my friend. It had 1 pumpkin shot vs the 7 I ordered. I have tried calling both last eve and again this morning and they have a recording saying they are helping others and to try your call later. It was not a difficult order. Unhappy!And then I found out it was free donut Wed. Not offered a donut either. Ugh...

All employees at this store are awesome! But, message to the owner... If it takes 27 minutes in the drive-through to get a coffee because you don't have enough staff, put up a sign and close!
This dunkin has never gotten anything right in the 4 years I have lived in the area, the workers never get a simple drink right, everyday theres a different machine is broken, and half the items on the menu they cant even make.

I’ve given this dunkin 5 chances to not be total garbage. They don’t know how to make drinks, any time I get a latte, they've handed me espresso water. Their sandwiches taste like the cleaner they use in the oven. The management is laughable and I can say I will never go to this location again.

This Dunkin has a magnetic field that attracts my car to it almost every day! We are greeted at the speaker, sometimes by name, then are always passed the goods with a friendly smile by seemingly happier staff than any other fast food drive- through in town. They are not the fastest but definitely have the best attitudes and customer service. I regularly visit the other Dunkin's in town so I know which is best- Oakland KMD gets 5 stars from me!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Walk in and no donuts are made. All the shelves are empty. They completely forgot about my order and when I finally received everything, nothing had condiments or was made right. Worse experience at a coffee shop yet in 35 years... honestly hope all the staff gets fired and replaced with people who actually care about their jobs.
