Moved up here from the Portland area 5 years ago and this food is rhe best ive had up this way. I tried Shebas for the first time today after eyeing it for a while. INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Don't sleep on this place!

Food was outstanding. Fish tacos were great, cheese curds delicious and the sliders were amazing and different. Only thing keeping it from a perfect score was the varying temperatures of foods when served but that is only because it's a food truck so without the ability to produce large quantities at once it's to be expected.

Love this place real tacos and best Mac and cheese around especially are there pulled pork Mac and cheese

I only worked there for a hot minute last summer but the staff and food are top notch no doubt! I need to swing in and say hi soon!

Loved it all. We stopped for gas on our way to Bar Harbor and wanted more than gas station food or fast food. Very glad I googled best food in the area. We were skeptical being from out of state but wow did this place exceed any expectations. I think pulling in and see two skeletons in the seating area won me over. We ordered a Chimichanga and the Short Rib Mac. Both were so so good and the portions was massive. Definitely make this a stop if you're in the Waterville/Oakland Maine area.

Seriously The Best Tacos Ever! The Food Is Always Good, And The Staff Is So Nice.

Everything I have had has been stellar 5 out of 5 would recommend over and over.

I frequent this location whether dining in and/or taking out. It’s food is amazing, the prices are affordable, the proportions are generous, and the owner is extremely kind. I don’t normally write reviews, but this food shack is just that good!

This place is a true gem. Incredible food, wonderful/kind/generous staff, and a fun atmosphere! We brought our kids and were met with offers for Halloween trinkets lollipops. The owner came over to us to ask how we were doing, and brought our dog back a pup cup. The birria tacos were perfection and the quesadilla perfectly crisped. Unreal! This place is truly one of a kind, a can’t miss, a truly uplifting experience. We will be back!

everything we have ever tried here has been fantastic! super fresh and yummy. the outside seating is a big plus for travelers, while they don’t have restrooms, they are very welcoming to dogs, and they give them pup cups. the lady who took my order was very kind, bubbly, and funny!! 10/10 recommendation!!!!

Great food every time I’ve been there. Boom boom shrimp is my favorite, but have tried about everything on the menu.
I checked that I dine in because it wasn’t take out. It’s a food truck service with exquisite fare. Got to sit at picnic tables with sun umbrella shade in a nice area they is a short walk from the food truck. Pretty flowers around. Very family friendly, courteous helpful staff, and very economically priced food that you can tell has had a lot of care put in to it. Thanks for an enjoyable food truck experience!
