Moved up here from the Portland area 5 years ago and this food is rhe best ive had up this way. I tried Shebas for the first time today after eyeing it for a while. INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Don't sleep on this place!
Food was outstanding. Fish tacos were great, cheese curds delicious and the sliders were amazing and different. Only thing keeping it from a perfect score was the varying temperatures of foods when served but that is only because it's a food truck so without the ability to produce large quantities at once it's to be expected.
Loved it all. We stopped for gas on our way to Bar Harbor and wanted more than gas station food or fast food. Very glad I googled best food in the area. We were skeptical being from out of state but wow did this place exceed any expectations. I think pulling in and see two skeletons in the seating area won me over. We ordered a Chimichanga and the Short Rib Mac. Both were so so good and the portions was massive. Definitely make this a stop if you're in the Waterville/Oakland...
