Great service and quick drinks and food! Our waitress was the sweetest that we have had in a long time at any restaurant. I hope we get her again next time since we are regulars. Atmosphere is great, drinks and food are always delicious! Highly recommended!

So disappointed in the service we received tonight. The hostess “greeted”us with a stare and a few words to our request for a table for 6 to end our evening after out to a celebratory dinner, with drinks at 9:15 pm. She stated our wait would be at least 30 minutes. (I thought they closed at 10?) and suggested we sit at the outdoor fire pit in the rain, and we would be put on a waitlist! The guys in our party attempted to sit in the rain with their drinks. The ladies stayed inside repeatedly scanning the bar room, as people got up and left, and could see multiple tables empty & available. Over the next 20 minutes the hostess seated 3 separate groups before us, with the last group being friends of hers (who later jumped in a car with her.) At approximately 9:40, 20 minutes before closing, we were approached by a young man who heard our complaint and attempted to seat us. We stated we just wanted to have drinks out of the rain, and were OK with not sitting at one table, and could split up our group of 6. (the hostess never offered this). Every effort he made to give us a table had to be OK by “someone else”, and he was told he could not offer that seating arrangement. During this time the hostess snarled and gave facial expressions that were indicative of her disgust with our party. A waitress came by and “scolded” my husband for standing at a table which was in the bar room, close to the bar, stating he could not be served if he was standing. It did not make sense as an entire large group of people were standing with their drinks around the bar itself. We eventually were seated at 2 tables and ordered more drinks. Our waitress continued with the same rudeness we had been receiving from the hostess. She was abrupt and condescending. I paid for our drinks and left her a very generous tip in hopes that she would realize, all we wanted was to sit & have a few drinks to end our evening. **Maybe this will be a reminder to all that; the first person you see or speak to when calling or entering a business is representative of the entire company!!!When you are in hospitality, it’s a given that you have a welcoming smile on your face and that you are there to serve. We were not rude or asking for anything more than a table and drinks at almost closing time. To see our party be overlooked repeatedly was rude and disrespectful. The hostess absolutely knew she was doing this. There was absolutely no reason for our party to be treated so poorly. We are local folks who live in the neighboring community and will not be back.

Absolutely amazing dining experience! The mussels were top tier! Our waitress was amazing and the vibe was laid back and relaxed. The timing of every course was perfect. Will most definitely be back on our travels! Thank you so much!!
Came to Maine and stumbled upon this place. The weather was cooler than we liked so we chose to eat inside. The blazing firepit and outdoor seating area did look inviting though.
We were greeted quickly by the hostesses and brought quickly to a booth as requested. Our waitress, Isabel was friendly and sweet. We ordered Margaritas and fried pickles to start. The pickles were so hot I burned the roof of my mouth. Thankfully the drink was iced cold. Both were great.
For dinner, we chose the mac and cheese plate with pulled pork on top. And the dinner portion that was served was enough for almost three meals! We both couldn't finish it. I had a six wing platter with corn cob, beans and coleslaw. The wings were perfectly smoked with a dry rub crispy skin. I ate 4 and the sides and some of my husband's dish and was full.
We will be back and definitely update this review with our findings

Had lunch at The Beachfire this past Saturday with my sisters. The burger I had was perfectly cooked. Fries were delish and the pickle was a nice addition. It was perfect weather to eat outside and we were thrilled to be able to do so. Beautiful fire pit right in the center of the outdoor dining area. Everyone's meals were delish and all the meals I saw coming out looked just as good. Our server was great and very attentive. What more can you ask for? Hope to see you again next year.
