I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant experience. We had reservations for a group of 10 for my husband’s 40th birthday — booked over a MONTH in advance for 10:00 PM. At 2:00 the day of the party, I received a call saying they “close at 10” and that their last reservation is at 8… yet their own system allowed me to book for 10:00. Completely unacceptable.

The meat is super salty and no good quality. Service is super slow and we didn’t get our second sides service. Be careful, they do add a 33% amount of tous and service charges on the final bill so super expensive and not worthed.
We went for the first time yesterday at 5:30. It was a very disappointing experience. All the meat was tough and hard even the ribeye. Our hot sides were not hot. And we were not offered all the options. We waited a very long time for the check and had to go find our server to pay. I personally didnt eat much and ended up getting sick in the parking lot. $204.00 to get food poisoning :(
