Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company offers solid beer, with the Mexican Lager highly recommended. The BH Burger is delicious, and the maple harvest salad is outta this world. The pretzel sticks with beer cheese are delish, and the specialty pizzas are ridiculously creative and soooo good! The fries are excellent, although some chairs can be uncomfortable. The Skowhegan location has a fabulous server, Lauren, who is attentive and friendly. The staff is accommodating, providing swift service even near closing time. A clean, welcoming spot with delicious food and efficient staff, Brickyard Hollow is expanding rapidly, maintaining its chill Maine vibe and excellent service.
