We had an excellent meal — best Caesar salad, delicious Italian wedding soup and a scrumptious mushroom pizza with our favorite reds (Chianti and montepulciano) …forgive my spelling. But the best was saved for last — maple cappuccino with a pistachio gelato Whoopie pie. Our server was wonderful — she’s an international — who speaks multiple languages and took great care of us. A wonderful experience and we’ll be back as we frequently visit this great seaside town!
Wonderful romantic dinner at Café Prego. We were seated on the terrace with a view on the ocean. Our server, Catherine, was responsive and helpful. The ricotta was to die for. Portions are generous and all food has high quality ingredients. We also enjoyed a great bottle of Italian wine for a decent price.
We had an excellent dinner this evening at Cafe Prego. The Pasta with bolognese sauce was absolutely delicious. My husband had the meat lasagna (the special) was also fantastic. We shared a Roasted Squash salad which was outstanding. We both had dessert the Hazelnut torte and Carrot cake which were both equally excellent. Sergio, our waiter, was great!
