Had brunch here and it was great. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This restaurant has some creative and flavorful dishes in comparison to other restaurants in the area. Well done!

Mediocre food and atmosphere, limited menu and reasonable service. Came with moderate expectations and was disappointed - food would have been reasonable if it was half the price listed.

Looking for a cool place to go in Ogunquit ME.. Food for Thought is the place!! Alex our bartender is so accommodating and fun to talk to.
We got the lobster Rangoons & the jerk chicken wings, they were both delicious! The food came out hot & fast!!! The music kept me dancing in my chair!
It was like being home!!
It’s obviously where the cool kids go.

One of our favorite places in OGT. The food is fantastic, but what makes it even better are the servers/bartenders. They are AWESOME!

Very Disappointing. We’ve driven by Food for Thought for the past two season and finally stopped by to give it a try. I’m sad to say our experience was very disappointing. The food was terrible and the drinks, service and the ambiance were fair at best. We’ve dined at more than 20 restaurants in the area this season and Food For Thought is at the bottom of the leaderboard. We will not be back.

I support LGBT-owned businesses so I won’t make an ugly review here. Especially if it’s fellow brothers and sisters in the same industry. I would ask the waiter/waitress the costs of the drinks and market of lobster-related dishes beforehand. Food was good though.

We went on a friday evening, where it wasnt that busy and it took some time to get the attention of the server when we wanted to make an order. I gave it a 3/5 because the presentation of the food was really great and the empanadas and coctails were the best things we ordered. The lobster mac and cheese potato skins was undercooked. The short rib fried rice lacked and chicken in the chicken and waffles lacked seasoning. It was very dependent on the sauce. I would only go back for the coctails to be honest.

Amazing Sunday afternoon spent watching football at the bar and trying their new fall menu! Nashville chicken ramen and the lobster Mac potato skins were both unreal. Thanks Evan, and the whole FFT staff for an awesome Sunday funday!

I recently made the horrible mistake of ordering the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Surf and Turf at this so-called restaurant, and let me just say – be careful!
The Surf and Turf (supposed to be a lobster and brisket roll) was a cruel joke. It came with a grand total of three measly pieces of lobster tucked away in a leftover brisket roll. Seriously, take a look at that sad piece of brisket – how much lobster could they even squeeze in there? Spoiler alert: hardly any.
As for the Mac and Cheese? Barely edible. Bland, disappointing, and certainly not worth the “market price” they conveniently forgot to disclose. Which market are they even referencing? The one where everything is wildly overpriced for substandard garbage?
If anyone ever asks me what my biggest food-related rip-off was, this disgusting disaster of a meal wins, hands down. I feel cheated and utterly revolted by this experience.
Save yourself – and your stomach – from the trauma and avoid this place at all costs!

Stopped here for breakfast over the holiday weekend. The drinks were overpriced and waitress came across as grumpy. The food was mediocre at best. Some things were good but some things were not. The chairs are kind of weird, they sink into the crushed rocks. We really liked the atmosphere though, music was nice and the owner seemed very nice.

Some of the food was very good and some was not. I had the fried rice and it was just literally fried white rice with some toppings and it was not great, but the lobster rangoons were okay. The fried chicken though was very good. Seating is horrible, the chairs are weird to get in and out of and if you're going on a sunny day the umbrellas only cover like half your table. The service was great and the people were friendly. I'm just not sure it was worth the price.

Just had a GREAT brunch there! I wish they were open every morning. We came with our pup and as soon as we were seated a staff member brought her a large bowl of water. Kudos for getting priorities straight!
DH had steak and eggs (excellent, everything cooked perfectly to order) and I had the chicken in waffle cone. Unique presentation and some of the best succulent tasty fried chicken ever! Huge portion!!! We will definitely be back!

Ordered the lobster Mac & cheese with short rib for what turned out to be $60. Website showed generous portions of lobster meat but got pitiful amounts of diced lobster. A spoonful of short rib. Very disappointed. Expensive.
