This is a must do every time in Ogunquit, the best lobster roll every time. We usually get one in butter and one in mayo and split them. Both are that good. Can’t wait until they open for the

Best damn Lobster Roll I've ever had in my life, I highly recommend going at the beginning of autumn, lobsters during that short window got the best quality you can get, and just order the simple Lobster Roll with melted butter.

Best lobster we had while visiting Maine and New Hampshire. No question. Small place that offers Big flavor!

We traveled from Exeter to get a roll for my Wife on her birthday yesterday, and the place closed. We got there a bit after 3 pm. You are supposed to be open until 5 pm. It says you are open every day until 5 pm on your website. Two other couples got there around the same time we did, and they were equally upset. If you say you are open-BE OPEN!

Drove all the way here from Massachusetts. Facebook kept giving me notifications so we tried it. We got here and it's on a little tiny tight cove. Parking is almost non existent. And if you do get a spot be prepared to walk 10 minutes to your car. The only good thing here is the lobster roll. For $25.00 it should be. I had a fried haddock sandwich with cheese. Very crispy and bland. It wasn't worth the money. The French fries are tiny over fried shoestring French fries. We threw them out. And the big surprise when we got here was TAKE OUT ONLY. Forget relaxing indoors after the long drive. Glad we made a day of it but we will be going to another place for the lobster next time.

Best lobster roll around, and you're right in the heart of Perkins Cove as you dine. The lobster was tender and sweet and the bun was buttery and crispy and soooo fresh.

Awesome lobster rolls. My family's go to first stop every year when we arrive in Maine for vacation. Head to footbridge and grab the best lobster rolls. Have a seat on a bench then walk around Perkins cove after. Nothing better.

Lobster roll was too chewy and under-seasoned. I asked for the meat to be heated. Maybe that was the problem. Hopefully it's better if you don't get it heated. The bread was toasted nicely.

My husband and I ordered a lobster roll and also got two lobsters (buy one, get one free, so a total of two). The food was incredibly delicious! I believe their lobster roll surpasses any I've had elsewhere, and their lobsters were also exceptionally fresh. If you order lobsters, be prepared for a bit of a wait (approximately 20 minutes), during which you can explore the nearby docks and bridges, which offer beautiful views. You might also consider ordering the lobster roll and lobsters separately, and enjoy the lobster roll while waiting for the lobsters. The only drawback (though not the restaurant's fault, of course) is that you'll need to find outdoor seating, so if it's a busy time, windy, or raining (as it was when we went), it might be a bit challenging for eating (we saw a lady requesting them to pack her items in a sealed box rather than an open paper box, which might be a good idea), so plan accordingly!

Not our first experience with this place. We walked by at least four times during our three day stay waiting for the right time to eat here. It was on our last morning as we were going to drive home that we stopped in during a light rain. We pulled on our rain gear and walked in to find that no one was in line so we got the chowder, lobster roll and fries and ate on the dock. the rain stopped, the clouds disappeared, and the sun came out. This lunch was a perfect end to a fantastic day. The rolls had so much lobster in them.

The lobster roll and fries were good. Was a little pricey, but the drive there was enjoyable. Will have to visit again next summer.

These lobster rolls are what dreams are made of. I'm from California and am planning my next trip to the east coast around this shack.
