Jackie’s Too was a family favorite for Years. We made a point to visit every year during our summer week vacation. Was highly disappointed this year . It was Tues night, week of July 4th. The place was surprisingly not busy as seen years before. We were seated immediately. The menu seemed to have less options as I recalled and outrageously priced, which u expect for a high-end white glove service restaurant. We waited 35 min, where two waitresses passed us 4 times and never stopped to ask if we were attended to. The party in front of us and behind us were attended to and finished their meals and we were not even a thought. We got up and left. Sorry to say we won’t be going back

The restaurant has very limited hours during the off-season, and unfortunately, they don’t take reservations. The outdoor terrace is absolutely beautiful—a perfect spot to watch the moonrise. I highly recommend the seafood pasta, which was a definite highlight. Unfortunately, the restaurant has very limited hours during the off-season, and they don’t take reservations.
Also, I was disappointed to see that the lady at the bar automatically added a 20% tip upon a 100$ bill for a takeout order, which felt excessive.

Food was great and service was very good also.

Jackie's Too has the best view in Ogunquit, however they certainly don't have the best food or service like they used to. Service was slow, food was fair; they were out of the lobster stew special, but didn't tell us until 45 mins after we ordered it. On the way out we noticed it was still on the specials board.

This place has gown DOWN hill quick after COVID!!!! Food menu is now horrible!!! Until they step it up back to pre-covid menu I'm not going near the place!

First time going back to this place in a few years, and the food and service was unfortunately a little disappointing. Service was very slow. Host and Server were not the most friendly. Food was a little bland and some of it was a bit overcooked. I would come back to enjoy the view and maybe just some appetizers and drinks, but there’s definitely better seafood and service around town.

We went as a large group but couldn’t be seated until everyone was there (they were PAYING for parking) even though dining room was empty. Beautiful setting and pretty good food. Service was under par…i.e. flat affect server, serving mussels without side plates (hand to get up ourselves and find someone), bare minimum service. Charged 20% gratuity but says 18% on the menu. Told the bartender and he said he’d tell management.

The side salad was so disappointing. It LOOKED great - stacked high with large oval cucumbers and small round tomatoes. Unfortunately, once you tried to cut the veggies into bite-size portions, the salad began falling to the side onto the table!

Bloody Mary needs horse radish and more tomato juice.
Stuffed haddock needs cream sauce drizzled on top.

Wish I could leave a positive review based on the food and not the service but I never made it passed the front door. The hostess was incredibly rude and has no business being in the service industry. The website states that lunch service begins at 11am. At 11:15 the hostess declared that because a waitress asked use the ladies room she was going to delay sitting the waiting customers. Very unprofessional. Went to Barnicle Billy’s and was greeted by friendly professional staff.

Fantastic outside area and seasonal rooms attached. The lobster rolls are STUFFED! It is so worth the price. A great stop for anyone walking the Marginal Way during lunch hrs. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, but a few things were noticed... Our waitress seemed rushed even though it wasn't that busy. She seemed less attentive than you'd expect. Also, the lobster bisque was just ok. I'm not sure we'd get it again. Other than those little things, we'd probably come back again if in the area.
