The food was delivered so quickly, it had to have been prepped. There was nothing worthy extolling / cafeteria prepped at best
The food was delicious from bread to dessert. Service was great—prompt and helpful but no feeling of being rushed. We had reservations and I expect they are necessary year-round. We will be back!
Are here prior to show upstairs. Menu is pretty tight, but food was excellent. Service was top notch and staff was very friendly. Big thumbs up to this restaurant.
Another wonderful dinner! My husband and our son came here last year (2024) during our stay at the Meadowmere celebrating our honeymoon. They accommodated us and our then 4 year old son with a personal area and a wonderful meal with exceptional service. This year we returned with our son for our honeymoon and were just as pleased with everything. We will always return!
Easter buffet was poor quality food. Most dishes were not made in house. Service was terrible. Only three contacts with the server in 90 minutes. No greeting. When I politely asked for a water refill, he told me to hold on and never retturned. One of his colleagues obliged. Please, it was a buffet. Had to wait for the check. Shrimp was overcooked. Escabeche was not even close to a proper preparation. Worst gravelox I've ever tasted. Raw oyster were tasty but lots of shell. Frozen fried chicken, frozen waffles, frozen breakfast pasteries and all for $55.00 per adult. Yikes! Oh, and the house chardonnay was worse than Italian Swiss Colony at the bargain price of $15.00 for 5 ounces. We will certainly let all we know what a foul restaurant it is and will never go back. It was right up there as the worst restaurant experience ever. Thank you for giving me a forum to expess my opinion,
We love having brunch on Easter every year! Everything was good except the food wasn't as good as years past from taste to quality to selection of food . A little disappointing this year.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Jonathan's and enjoyed everything, especially the thoughtfulness of the staff, an anniversary card placed on our table, a champagne toast, and a sweet dessert with a candle. Our dinners were delicious, while the special touches made the evening wonderful.
6 of us enjoyed a wonderful evening with great food and service. I highly recommend Jonathan's and will be returning again

We love going to Jonathan's because the food is exceptional. It was an escape weekend for my husband and I after Ihad just had surgery. Couldn't wait to order the lobster. It came to the table looking delicious and it dawned on me. I had just had surgery and had no use of my right arm. How was I gonna break the lobster.
Then my server Richard came over. I explained everything he said no problem.
I'll be right back. He came back with gloves and broke all my lobster for me so that I could have my wonderful delicious dinner. No one in my lifetime has been so kind, thank you Richard and thank you Jonathan's restaurant for the best meal ever! They bring new meaning to" family run"

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server and staff were amazing and wonderful to us. It was my friends birthday and the musicians came over to our table and sang. It was a perfect evening.

My son and I really enjoyed our first experience at Jonathan's :) It was his birthday and we were going to a show at the Playhouse after dinner. Everything was really, really good...the only reason I didn't give the food category 5 stars was because my seafood dish, although full of very fresh and hot fish, did not have the flavor I was expecting that was described in the menu. I expected a garlicky, savory taste but what I got was very bland, so that part was disappointing. My son said his rib eye steak was the best he's had in a long time! Mashed potatoes and vegies were great, appetizers were good, bread was lovely, desserts were great...all in all, a wonderful meal! Oh, and the service was very good from a new waiter, and atmosphere is warm and inviting :)
Parking: We parked in the restaurant's lot, no problem, but...we came on Sept. 18th...what it's like in the height of the season, I've no idea, but given we saw a sign for another Jonathan's parking lot up the street from the restaurant, I'm sure the summer is a mad time!
