Food is always amazing here - fresh, local, delicious. View is gorgeous. Service outstanding. We come here every time we visit Ogunquit and it is consistently an amazing, memorable evening
We are seasonal Maine residents and always enjoy MC Perkins. We had a particularly wonderful dinner last Friday. The atmosphere and views are incredible, The service is outstanding. The whole team works seamlessly and the timing of our meal was perfect. The kitchen does an amazing job with flavor and presentation. I feel it’s the best dining experience in Ogunquit.

Very little seafood in the chowder, foie gras came out after the rest of the food and staff was less than pleasant. The view is fantastic

Quaint spot with beautiful views. Food was good (we ordered scallops and halibut), and service was excellent. Best oysters we've ever had!

Unforgettable Experience at MC Perkins Cove
MC Perkins Cove delivered an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely outstanding—every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make our evening special.
We were celebrating a retirement and had quietly noted it in the online reservation. To our surprise, they actually noticed—and ended the meal with a beautifully presented dessert, complete with “Congratulations” written in chocolate. Such a thoughtful and personal touch that most places overlook.
The food was remarkable, full of fresh, bold flavors and plated with care. Every course was memorable.
But what truly elevates the experience is the view—an absolutely breathtaking panorama of the ocean. The gorgeous sunset and ocean views made the whole evening feel magical.
MC Perkins Cove is a must. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious ( a bit pricey , but never mind that) , the waitstaff is awesome ( our waiter even sang a lovely Back Street Boys tune, lol) and of course your location for sunset dinners can't be beat. Parking was adventurous

The most beautiful view you can get. Tip: Come here for the great chowder and a good priced Maine Lunch beer. Enjoy the view then get your lobster roll across the street.
Other than the chowder, the rest of the food is just okay. You're paying for the atmosphere, which is well worth it.
Staff is very good and professional. Make a reservation. Aim for a late lunch or early dinner to get a good table.

Food was ok very over priced especially the tower, not much on it .
What is it with all the stuff hanging down under the tables, looks disgusting for a higher end restaurant. Looks like insulation.

Though the views, food and service were spectacular, I find it hard to call this restaurant “romantic” due to the high noise level. Our server, Ama, treated us wonderfully though! It’s just too bad that there is absolutely nothing to absorb the noise. We were having great difficulty hearing what our server was saying, but once the loud table near us left, it did get a bit better. Though our main meals were good, the bread served with it was not. Pretty dry. Though we had a nice evening overall, I do find it difficult to call it romantic.
