I was excited to finally try this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was good. However I caught a glimpse of the cook reaching in to a container of bacon with bare hands and that grossed me out. Not sure I’ll go back
My husband and I did an overnight stay in Oguncuit and on our way out of town stopped at The Omelette Factory for breakfast. Chef Bobby makes an amazing breakfast! From Lobster Benedict to scrambled eggs with bacon, and a pancake. Everything was cooked to perfection and don't forget to add some of Chef Bobby's Hot Sauce!!! It is a flavor bomb and the heat comes in just after so you really taste every layer without the heat hitting you so fast.
