Pizza had no flavor at all. Disappointed. Couldn't get a sandwich after 4pm because they get too busy they said... Pizza need a lot of work.

We were a party of five! The restaurant was a pleasant surprise! The entire staff provided amazing food and drinks! We will certainly be going back again. They provided the “Wow” factor from start to finish.

This was our first visit, and the entire experience was wonderful at this cozy spot. They offer a great selection of pizzas and pastas. I had the BBQ chicken pizza along with a Pornstar Martini, while my wife chose the Bolognese and a coconut-flavored cocktail. The food was fresh, and the cocktails were excellent. Definitely good value for money — we’re looking forward to coming back!

I don’t understand how this place has any good reviews. The pizza was just waiting on an open counter when we went to pick it up clearly being there for a while even giving a time to come pick it up. The pizza was the worst I have ever had. The crust tasted worse than a premade one you could get at a grocery store. The cheese had no pull and tasted like plastic. The after taste was terrible and even being so hungry we barely ate 2 pieces. Super expensive for a tiny pizza that was the worst I’ve ever had. Wish I could get my $20 back. Don’t come here.

I’ve eaten a lot of pizza and this is definitely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust resembles a pre made flatbread crust you could buy at hannaford. A frozen pizza would be a better dinner option then going here. The pizza was waiting out on the counter buy the door and cold despite getting there earlier than they said it would be ready for.

Authentic and lovely are the two first words that come to mind when thinking about Napoli’s. There is nothing pretentious about this place. It’s just a pizzeria that also has subs, pasta, and some house specialties. It doesn’t pretend to be anything else, and that’s its strength and its charm. My wife and I have eaten there countless times and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and friendly, and the beer selection is good.

The service was too notch, incredibly friendly and accommodating of special requests. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked, and delicious! The owner even tried to make Melba sauce for our Mozzarella Sticks (it's an Albany, NY thing, if you know you know), it was so thoughtful! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this establishment!!!!
Charlie and his staff are phenomenal!!! Food is so so good!!

Tonight I had Haddock, fries and Cole slaw. It was cooked to perfection. Not greasy and had a nice crispy crust.

I have also tried his Chicken Picatta, Pizzas , chicken Parm dinner, lasagna and all were fantastic!!!!
This place will not disappoint!!!!!
Thank you Charlie and staff!!!!

I ordered a gluten free pizza and an order of fries take out. I have a gluten intolerance. When I went in to pick it up I asked if it was gluten free. 1 man said yes, the other said no. They offered to re make it for me. I went back to my car and waited. I went back in to get it and left. The fries were the same ones they cooked the first time and were cold and mushy. The pizza was fine but not worth the money spent or the trouble. I was also the only one in the restaurant at the time. My order for a small gluten free pizza was $26.99 and the ice cold fries $9.99 I also tipped them a couple bucks and there was a support local fee. Totaling $43.95. I contacted them to say something and was offered $5 back. That’s insulting. It’s hard enough eating gluten free with the inconvenience and the prices but then add in that they just didn’t care. I’ll never go back.
