Authentic and lovely are the two first words that come to mind when thinking about Napoli’s. There is nothing pretentious about this place. It’s just a pizzeria that also has subs, pasta, and some house specialties. It doesn’t pretend to be anything else, and that’s its strength and its charm. My wife and I have eaten there countless times and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and friendly, and the beer selection is good.

The service was too notch, incredibly friendly and accommodating of special requests. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked, and delicious! The owner even tried to make Melba sauce for our Mozzarella Sticks (it's an Albany, NY thing, if you know you know), it was so thoughtful! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this establishment!!!!
Charlie and his staff are phenomenal!!! Food is so so good!!

Tonight I had Haddock, fries and Cole slaw. It was cooked to perfection. Not greasy and had a nice crispy crust.

I have also tried his Chicken Picatta, Pizzas , chicken Parm dinner, lasagna and all were fantastic!!!!
This place will not disappoint!!!!!
Thank you Charlie and staff!!!!

I ordered a gluten free pizza and an order of fries take out. I have a gluten intolerance. When I went in to pick it up I asked if it was gluten free. 1 man said yes, the other said no. They offered to re make it for me. I went back to my car and waited. I went back in to get it and left. The fries were the same ones they cooked the first time and were cold and mushy. The pizza was fine but not worth the money spent or the trouble. I was also the only one in the restaurant at the time. My order for a small gluten free pizza was $26.99 and the ice cold fries $9.99 I also tipped them a couple bucks and there was a support local fee. Totaling $43.95. I contacted them to say something and was offered $5 back. That’s insulting. It’s hard enough eating gluten free with the inconvenience and the prices but then add in that they just didn’t care. I’ll never go back.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

I am confused on the reviews of this place . We went to eat here while visiting and let me tell you these reviews do not apply to my experience. My husband ordered a chicken parm sandwich which was tasteless , the cheese was not melted and it wasn’t even hot when it was served . The only plus was the bread was toasted perfectly as well as the tater tots. I ordered a garden salad with grilled chicken and I was served literally 6 pieces of grilled chicken which was also cold when served . The price for a simple lunch is something I would pay for a full dinner . Please save your money and don’t eat here , rather walk a few hundred feet to Angelina’s down the road where the food is absolutely delicious and you get your monies worth !

Shrimps pizza with almost 3 shrimps cut in little pieces for the hole pizza that’s we a call a pizza without shrimps not much garlic eather. They dont write the price of the wine because it is too prohibitif , 14$/glass for house wine. Not a good experience.

Greeted upon arrival, owner / bartender (not really sure) took my drink order... nothing. He appeared behind the bar, no drinks. Wait staff took our food order and my drink order again. (She went behind the bar and made our drinks). Food was meh, wings over priced and small, pizza was boring.

The restaurant is very nice, but needs some attention to customers.

Fantastic experience! We came in on a Friday evening, a party of 12 including 5 small children. Our group was accommodated within minutes ,with no reservation (and hungry kids!). Excellent service and food. I am so grateful for everyone's kindness and the opportunity to enjoy a meal out with our large family. Thanks so much Napoli's!
