We have eaten here several times and the food used to be well prepared and delicious. This time was different altogether. My husband had the lobster pappardelle which was made with a milky sauce with very little flavor and 2 small lobster claw meat added at the end which imparted no flavor to the sauce. My dish was the swordfish and vegetables, none of which had any seasoning whatsoever. I requested olive oil and lemon and used those along with a good amount of salt and pepper to make it somewhat edible. Will not go back. Our server was very good, the only good part of the experience.

Booked a 6:45 reservation and was promptly seated inside at a window table. Our server Gus was very hospitable and even helped make menu suggestions. We ordered both our wine and food fairly quickly once seated. Our beverages and table bread arrived in a timely fashion. And a very nice water girl ensured our glasses were consistently filled. Unfortunately, despite ordering our food quickly, it took an inordinate amount of time for it to be delivered. We waited over an hour before our meals came at about 8:15 to the table. Gus, clearly being a seasoned server noticed all on his own how long the food was taking. He kindly brought a free glass of wine to us at the table- a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture to acknowledge the slowness of the kitchen. Overall a good experience from the front of house staff. Just don't expect your food to arrive quickly from the kitchen, especially if you have plans later in the evening. Definitely an improvement they can make.

I actually got take out. We so looked forward to our favorite chicken parm dinner with linguine and one with angel hair. Picked up. Very pleasant people. Gave a cash tip. Got back to room and there was no sauce on either dish. I love their sauce. We were so tired after being at zoo all day had no energy to go back and get the sauce. It was so disappointing and then when I checked my charge card later it was $10 more. We were going back this week but was too upset about the whole situation

3/4 ordered meals were incorrect. Waitress charged for the more expensive price and said she would reimburse with her $ One diner said his was poor as well as niot what he ordered. The two other meals were nice but not what ordered. Will not return after having truly enjoyed previous visits. Somewhat shocked over unusual staffing.

Let me talk about the food first. The pasta is homemade and the portion size is incredible - far better than anything you can order in the North End. I wound highly recommend you to order fish as it is just that fresh - being near the ocean.
Now the service - every person we talked to from the host to the server was not just friendly but inviting - a true sense of hospitality.
The only thing I wound say for critiques is to arrive early as it can get kind of noisy. The bolognese was incredible but it did taste different than when I was Italy - the pasta though you could taste how it was homemade
Lastly, the desert - I swear it was the best Tiramisu I have had in a long while and the bread budding - it was the again incredible with portion size

Well, I made a mistake on the time and we actually got to the restaurant 30 minutes late. They were extremely accommodating and sat us right away. We love this restaurant due to the way they treat you, the service and the incredible food. We have been going here for at least 35 years and will continue.

A must stop each time we are in Ogunquit, excellent food and service. It does get crowded and can be a bit noisy but overall an excellent experience.
