Loved the Wedge Salad, Lobster Bisque and Lobster Ravioli! Large chunks of lobster in both the bisque and ravioli. Highly recommend!
I made the reservation for Robertos for 4/19/25 in Ogunquit. When we got there it was still closed for the season. This is something that Opentable should have know. Luckily we were able to get in to 'That Place' which was really good!
We arrived at our scheduled reservation time and were very surprised to discover that Roberto's had already closed for the season! You and they should come up with a better system to communicate with each other and your customers!!
Restaurant was closed! Was not indicated as closed on Open Table. Reservation was confirmed twice by Open Table. We drove one and a half hours to Ogunquit to arrive at a dark closed restaurant on a busy Octoberfest weekend with the town packed and no where to eat! VERY UPSET AND ANNOYED WITH THE RESTAURANT FOR NOT NOTIFYING OPEN TABLE THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON AND WITH OPEN TABLE FOR CONFIRMING TWICE AND NOT INSISTING THAT RESTAURANTS THAT LIST WITH THEM NOT KEEP THEM ABREAST OF SCHEDULE CHANGES!!!
The restaurant was closed for the season when we arrived!! Very disappointed with Open Table on this!!!
Service was horrible. Employees were ready to go home. For 300$ for a party of 6, you would think they would be more accommodating to your needs.
Wedge salad was SMOTHERED in dressing. Then they had the AUDACITY to put an 19% gratuity tip. I will NEVER go to this place again. I would rather have a night of ramen noodles on the couch. Maybe hire people that care about your business rather than just getting the medicore food out. Never again as a local will I come here . Disgusting

Worst restaurant experience. Six people dined 5 had lobster bisque to start ranged from cool to lukewarm. My dinner was eggplant parm which did not come when everyone else did with no explanation 5 minutes later I was given a steak knife and told my dinner had gone to another table when it arrived after another 5minutes it was cold and undercooked I told the waiter I refused it as inedible one other person had also ordered the same and sent theirs back. After awhile a manager came to the table with no apologies to state we would not be charged for those meals. There was never an apology. Owners spelling is as bad as his food

We've been going to Roberto's for at least 10 years. I remember how outstanding it was on our first visit. It's changed a lot over the years. We had reservations last night at 5 pm. We were shown to a very small table for 2. I asked the waitress if we could have a larger table and she hesitated and didn't offer to ask if we could move to another table. I had wanted to move but my husband didn't want to. I later noticed at least one couple seated at a roomy table for 4 and wondered why we weren't offered a nicer table since we had reservations, My meal was a sunset special. I had a salad first which was hard to eat as so much was piled on a very small plate. The bread was good. My lasagna pasta was chewy and the cheese stringy. I took dessert to go. I chose bread pudding and it's the driest bread pudding I've ever had! The whipped cream on the side is good. My husband had Minestrone soup which he liked. The water they give you is not filtered and has a distinct chlorine taste. I don't know if we'll ever go back. It was very disappointing this time.
La nourriture est excellente mais le menu beaucoup trop élaboré! Le service était très lent et malgré notre réservation, nous avons attendu 40 minutes avant de s'assoir!
We had a reservation, we got there and there was a line of people waiting to get in. Nobody ever came over to check anyone in, someone in line said it had been almost 30 minutes since anyone had come over. The line was out the door and it was clear nobody was coming to help anyone so we left.

Food was excellent but the location has some challenges given the limited parking and seating space inside. Despite having reservations there was a wait for the table and when they brought us over to our table the previous guests were still sitting there because they are so quick to try and turn tables. I feel like they overbook for their capacity and it takes what should be a five star experience and takes it down to 4.
Very good , clean and you can walk everywhere! I always recommend it to my friends and they continue to go to those hotels every year

Excellent dining experience! The rack of lamb and seafood risotto were amazing. The servers were attentive, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Roberto's for an exceptional dining experience
Decent place, popped in for some drinks and appetizers, service was great!

This was an underwhelming and mediocre experience. We wouldn’t go back—there are so many better options in town. Portions were very small for the high prices, and the food was just okay. The wedge salad was just lettuce with a few red peppers and red onions. No tomatoes or bacon. Boring. The veal saltimbocca was very small for $34! The gratin potatoes that came with it were raw in the middle and inedible. The ‘pasta trio’ (at $28) could have come from the prepared foods section of a supermarket for less than half the price. Don’t waste your time and money here.
I am editing this further to respond to all of the misinformation below. No bread was served or even offered. The wedge salad had no prosciutto whatsoever. I did not have pasta with the veal—I had potatoes, which were raw and inedible. The pasta dish was large enough—it was just not very good. Maybe instead of spending so much time arguing with your customers and promoting falsehoods, you could focus on improving the experience and the food.
