Talented pit masters out in Maine?!? Yes.All the meat is smoked and cooked to perfection and falls off the bone.Try the tasting platter for 2 with a couple of cold beers. The burnt ends with corn muffins, coleslaw and their house BBQ sauce are not to be missed.Great outdoor dining option

We discovered Smokey B’s last August while staying at one of the AirBnB units next door during our attempt at escaping the pandemic. We could see the smoker out back and were curious to check this overlooked eatery out. After venturing over we were surprised too see B’s was full service, bar and all. We took two seats at the bar and we’re promptly greeting by some of the nicest people. We knew then and there we’d be back and we hadn’t even ordered, never mind tried, the food. I believe we got two pulled pork sandwiches and an order of pulled pork egg rolls. Everything was really beyond expectation. One would never expect an unassuming joint, with such salt of the earth staff, to serve such good and comforting food. Our memories were so fond that we couldn’t wait for Smokey’s to open back up this year. We’ve lost track of how many times we’ve been back this season and each visit reminds us why we keep going back and keep encouraging everyone we know to give it a try. Awesome comfort food, plus amazing people, always equals a great and memorable experience. Without question Smokey B’s is an Ogunquit hidden gem.

We initially stopped in last year toward the end of the season and were wowed by this place. We have been in on several occasions this season and at this point have tried everything on the menu. Everything is FANTASTIC! This is a small business run by a very kind family who make the best BBQ I've ever had (and I have travelled far and wide for it!). If you're visiting for the first time you might want to consider the Beach Bucket so you get a taste of everything (or just go all out like we do and take stuff home with you!). Personal favorites are the ribs, wings, and pulled pork egg rolls. Dine inside if it's too hot or rainy or outside if the weather is nice. Regardless, dine there – you'll be glad you did!
Best BBQ in Maine. Will definitely be back. Family run restaurant and a you absolutely need to eat here if in the Ogunquit area.

Amazing BBQ!!! We’re visiting Ogunquit from the southern US (Oklahoma & Texas) and just loved the food and friendly people who run Smokey Bs! They gave us a taste of home! Highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who appreciates the difference between authentic smoked BBQ versus lesser imitations! Thank you Smokey B for making our souls and stomachs smile! Everything was delicious, we had: sausage, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, cole slaw, beans, corn bread, and egg rolls! Shout out for the cole slaw, the poppy seed dressing and cilantro were super flavorful! Thank you thank you!

Greasy , underwhelming, rude owner and overpriced for the poor quality. The burnt ends app was mostly just sauced fat. Pork eggs rolls were pretty tasty, well seasoned but dripping with fryer oil. The side of 2 corn bread muffins were delicious and moist. We ordered a half a rack of Baby back ribs for 18.00 and we only got 4 ribs when a standard full rack of ribs is 10 - 12 bones so they have some basic math issues or are just trying to rip people off. One entree dinner of ribs , side of corn bread, cole slaw , burnt ends and egg rolls for 73.00. If it was even decent quality I wouldn't mind the price but I left feeling ripped off. Ribs were reheated and served barely warm and of poor quality meat. Owner asked how every thing was and was very defensive and rude and said they haven't had a complaint in 2 years , probably counting last year when they were closed and she should read her online reviews , I wish I did before we went. If you don't want to hear the truth don't ask . We were there two years ago and it was good , not any more !! Owner keep saying they were doing their best. If this is your best just lock the door !!
