We had a nice relaxed Breakfast here while staying at the hotel off-season. Jazz music in the background, nice waiter, good food. The view in the background makes it extra special. Would eat here again. (The entrance door open was on the south side, the other doors were locked.)

We've been bringing tour groups here for both breakfast and a lobster bake dinner for years and the attentive staff always deliver an excellent experience. Plus, there is no topping the views of the Atlantic Ocean! We appreciate all that The Anchorage Sales Coordinator Mary Jordan does to make each visit so special. This past Fall (2023) our final meal was delivered Danielle, Nile and Carolyn, and the lobster was perfectly steamed by chef Nick. Many thanks for helping us end our Fall tours with such a positive experience!

Don’t recommend breakfast. The food was flavorless. Had the Irish Benedict. The homemade hash was mushy and needed a lot of love. Just not a good flavor and I eat Irish Benedict everywhere. The eggs were also flavorless. I don’t salt and pepper my food and it was necessary just to get those down. I wouldn’t have breakfast here again

The Restaurant is going through new ownership an new waitstaff. Very disappointed finding this our recently. Food and service were what you would expect with growing pains. The new menu will make us question what use to be a no brainer, not very good.

Hostess very unfriendly. Not even a good morning. Got a feeling all staff were not happy to be there. Had pancakes and french toast - ok, nothing special. Home fries - tasteless. Sausage- nothing special. Water - awful. Very pricey for mediocre/awful food.

Non-existent service, we feel rushed to eat and free up space, no life behind the service, flavorless cuisine, dishes that are not very sophisticated, and prices that are obviously mind-blowing...

Made our reservation two months prior to our date. Party of 11+1 high chair. Hint a high chair usually means there’s a child. We arrive at our reservation time go upstairs only to be asked to leave because we hade a child and children are not allowed to enter the upper bar area. Very familiar with the law and they offer the exact same service upstairs as they do downstairs. Children cannot sit at the bar but if your dining at a table in the same room….they have outside seating that has nothing at all to do with the bar, but they insisted that part of our party could not sit up there, because there was a child , I guess nobody saw the request for a high chair Next problem aside from the fact that it was raining this restaurant does not offer any parking. We wound up with seven cars paying $15 each to park their cars four blocks away in the rain. Someone needs to explain the logic to me for that. Do you have a restaurant that takes reservations but doesn’t offer free parking or even paid parking on the premises and there was a lot of empty spaces at that place . Next issue, our table was wedged in there, as if it was a last minute reservation, again made two months before with a guitar player. sitting almost right at our table. If I wanted to be serenaded over our dinner, I would’ve hired a musician when I asked if we could be seated in the other side of the room we were told those tables were all reserved. I guess two months ahead is not enough . And I totally understand the “managers attitude was like I don’t make the rules. That’s the way it is. So needless to say, we canceled on the spot and went elsewhere we’re they welcomed us with open arms and offered free parking. This experience just solidified what I already knew, summertime, these places could care less about customer service. They want a body in the seat and will do whatever it takes to make sure there’s a body in that seat. If you’re not happy, not my problem, there’s somebody right behind you that wants to sit down. So after dining there every year for the last five or six years, we are done with place.

We sat outside and enjoyed the weather and view of the ocean. Service was good and friendly. A varied dinner menu with casual fare and limited entrees. The food was good and portions large. Save room for dessert including Maine blueberry pie. A very good value for the price.

This is one of our favorite places to eat in Ogunquit. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and the atmosphere is unmatched! The view of the ocean is stunning and there was live music when we dined. You can walk off the grounds right onto the Marginal Way. You don’t have to be a guest at Anchorage by the Sea to dine here - but reservations are recommended.

We loved the food and the waitstaff was very friendly. It is kid friendly and offers a wide selection of drinks.

It's hard to write a 2 star review to such a beautiful place, but the food was so bad especially for the price. To start, the bread is Hawaiian small rolls, come on! Everything was overcooked and tough like rubber; the mussels, the scallops and even the chicken piccata. How do you screw everything that badly?!? I mean you go to a special place for special food and everyone at the table is disappointed in their meal.I really hope Surf Point 360 read this review and change their kitchen operations, since it is clearly a failure.Go there, a get a drink and enjoy the view, then go eat elsewhere.

You can’t beat the view of Ogunquit Beach. Seating is comfortable. The cocktails are excellent. Ordered the clam chowder. Outstanding. Enjoying the upper patio, requires stairs.
