Really delicious creamy ice cream, not very many cookie dough pieces in the cookie dough ice cream though. I would come again.

Terrible service with untrained employees. Employees were counting their tips in front of customers instead of serving them. 3 people ordered small cones. Size disparity not acceptable and when inquiring how they can call it the same the reply was ‘I don’t know’. Counter person did not know what a shake is or how to ring it up. It was a very thin barely flavored cup of milk. Terrible.

Overcrowded, terrible service, the worst Maine black bear I ever head and it’s my favorite, ended up throwing it away. Go to Scoop Deck instead. Not worth the cost or line.

Worst ice cream experience ever and I am an ice cream lover/frequenter. Terrible service, gave the wrong flavor. Ordered Maine black bear and tasted like cherry and had no truffles. I’ve been eating raspberry for 30 years and that wasn’t raspberry. Then they refused to admit their mistake, give me a different flavor or give me my money back so ended up putting ice cream in trash as I do not like cherry. Needless to say will never go again and I go to Ogunquit every year multiple times.
