Great location on your into Perkins Cove! Wonderful menu with excellent seafood options including the Baked Seafood Stuffed Haddock, which was excellent! Very nice wine selection and excellent cocktail menu, the French Martini was a home run!

I have been to this restaurant several times before when we have visited Ogunquit. The food is always good and the portions are quite generous. Because of that my husband and I split a beet salad and a calamari appetizer. For our main entree, we each enjoyed the Salmon which had a sambuca caramelized sauce! Everything was very tasty! We did split the Crème Brûlée dessert. I should mention that we enjoyed a half bottle of J Lohr Merlot too. One more thing I wanted to mention was our server, Demitar. He was very pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. We talked with him a bit and learned he was from Bulgaria and would be going back there to college. How nice to have met him. He really did a great job!

We had dinner here at the recommendation of the front desk girl at our hotel. The restaurant is in a house near Perkins Cove. We walked from our hotel as there didn’t seem to be any free parking nearby. The restaurant is attractive and has a fun and buzzy vibe, however the chairs are hard and uncomfortable. Our server was Frankie and he did a great job. My husband and I shared the blue cheese chopped salad which Frankie brought on two plates. Delicious! My husband had his favorite meal of our entire 12 day vacation-baked seafood stuffed haddock with lobster sherry cream sauce. It came with smashed potatoes and green beans. It was so flavorful. I had the broiled seafood trio. It was cooked well but a little boring. My fault for ordering it! A squeeze of lemon juice helped. We recommend eating here other than the backache from the hard chairs.

Our first time eating at That Place! We met a couple while visiting here and they recommended that we try it! We absolutely loved the entire experience. We sat at the bar and had the best old fashion, salmon, pork chops and escargot. Rick and Boriana have made that place an amazing, fun experience!

The lobster pie was sweet and tender. The pork chop was fantastic and the pork belly appetizer was wonderful. The advice was fantastic.

We showed up without reservations on a Friday night and they graciously worked to seat us after only a couple minutes' wait. The outdoor tables are lovely. The lobster pie was the best meal my husband had our whole trip. The fish fry was also very good. Attentive, friendly service.

My friend and myself went to this restaurant on a Sunday at 4:00 as that was when their website said they opened. Upon entering the bar it was packed full of obviously locals and we were told when the patriots play they open at 1:00! Good to know! We could feel the stares like we didn’t belong. Grabbed two seats at the bar and then we were ignored by the owner as I had a shirt on with a blue star and he assumed I was a Dallas fan…NOT!! Little did he know we were From New England and big new england fans. He continued to ignore us so we didn’t order a drink. We had the lobster crostini which was delicious and the haddock sandwich which also was delicious. I’ve never felt so out of place as I did sitting there in “”THAT PLACE!”.

If you're planning a visit to Ogunquit, make sure you don’t miss dining at "That Place." From start to finish, my experience there was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the filet, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The accompanying potatoes and asparagus were nothing short of extraordinary; their seasoning and texture were out of this world. The atmosphere at "That Place" was warm, inviting, and ideal for a memorable evening out. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure every detail was just right. I truly cannot recommend this gem enough. Whether you're a local or just passing through, "That Place" is a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience!

The ambience is cozy and friendly, and our meal was excellent. I highly recommend the escargots and crab-stuffed shrimp! Nice wine and beer selection.

Had a wonderful wonderful dinner with my wife. Started with a perfect dirty martini and cosmo at the bar. We were seated right on time with our reservation. App was the blue cheese mussels that were perfectly seasoned and amazing flavor. My wife had the filet, cooked perfectly with a great crusty sear and tender medium rare. I had the lobster pie, which was decadent. Service was impeccable. We really enjoyed this masterpiece of a dining experience!!! I know I said some form of “perfect” three times but man, they nailed it!

First I will say the owner Ricky is a gentleman. His staff is so friendly and hard working, from the valet, to the waiters, Tim the bartender are all excellent.

We have always visited the bar but finally had a chance with the kids to have dinner. We all enjoyed the French onion soup and escargot. My kids had the pizza and loved it. My husband loved the pork chops, I had the fried chicken and my mom had the seafood trio. All were excellent.

That Place is a friendly spot in Ogunquit we always visit when we are in town and would highly recommend.

Elevated dinning experience. That Place is always on our list and never disappoints. From the moment we walked in at 5:15 on a Saturday we were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. The restaurant was packed which is always a good sign. Our waiter Andy was outstanding he didn’t miss a beat even though he had a few large party tables to attend to. This type of service is hard to come by these days. All the dishes we ordered were delicious with Lobster Pie being my favorite thanks to Andy’s recommendation. Our only disappointment was not leaving any room for dessert. The couple next to us were raving about peanut butter pie. We will have to save our craving until next year.
