Wonderful cozy restaurant in Ogunquit. Has outdoor seating but we opted for inside. Amazing food - the lobster risotto and homemade blueberry pie will not disappoint!

I expected so much more here. The tables are crammed so tight together, the lighting is way too bright, the tables wobbly, everyone is yelling back and forth to be heard across the tables. The atmosphere is so bad. I really enjoyed the food, but the entire experience was ruined by the table less than a foot from ours. Its just greedy to jamb that many tables into such a small space. The food was way over priced.

Food especially the lobster risotto was excellent. Large shrimp in the shrimp cocktail; clam chowder was very good. On the downside, we had a reservation and arrived a little early. Even so we were rushed through the whole meal. However, the meal itself was so good, we would return to The Maine Catch if we were in the area again.

Shannon our waitress was great! Stuffed clams were phenomenal. Lobster mac n' cheese is out of this world. Grilled cornbread was crispy and buttery just perfect. Cute little restaurant that deserves nothing but 5 stars! Everything was excellent!

Excellent spot. Good quality food, well prepared. Not the cheapest but you pay for the quality and ambiance. Definitely recommend. Try the lobster risotto (very flavorful) and blueberry martini.

Patio is very nice, food was awesome! Had oysters & shrimp ceviche, blackened seafood trio and scampi linguine & scallops. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. Will be back!

Great selection and presentation of oysters. Stuffed clams are AMAZING! Server was wonderful! Lime shrimp so good. Finale was baked stuffed lobster. OMG there was so much seafood inside the lobster and the stuffing was so good with the bacon. Highly recommend this place. Will be back.
