We stayed at this hotel with a gift certificate we had been given. The hotel charged us for the stay and now almost two months later, has yet to refund us in full given the fact that we used a gift card. We have been told the refund is coming and then there were new computer systems and other excuses, but certainly haven’t received our money back. We stayed at the Resort the past two days. It was beautiful, quiet and clean. We had a luxury suite, with private balconies. It was spacious! The amenities were great and never packed. My only complaint is there is no breakfast. So we had to leave to get breakfast but other than that it was great, and will be returning!

The friendly and accommodating staff provide excellent service.
