We chose Sandy's for dinner because it was close to where we were staying and the exterior looked nice (don't judge a book by its cover!). The inside had no charm and the food was disappointing. The waitress was nice and attentive.

Fantastic saloon vibe with decent selection of beers and ciders. Thier specialty spots are a must try. Top notch staff and service. Prices were very reasonable for generous portions of some tasty pub fare. Will go again!!

I have honestly never written a review before but first time coming to this restaurant it became my favorite place. The food is incredible and the drinks are delicious. The servers were super kinda and we got our food very quick. I wish this helps others, I know some people have bad experiences but my experience was a top 3 in my 25 years.

I have a friend from out of state with a Louisiana ID, being 30 minutes away from a college you would think they'd be capable of identifying it. However, the owner came up to us bending the ID in our face telling him it was a fake. My advice is maybe be able to identify an ID from another state besides Maine. I guess if your not from Maine or atleast 60 then forget about getting an alcoholic beverage. Also the customer service really needs improvement. I have never left a bad review before but this was terrible.
After reading all the bad reviews my husband and I decided to still stop in and decide ourselves how it was. We were staying at the camp ground down the street. We loved it. Food was awesome and service was on point even when someone was training. Will definitely be back when in the area!

1st time visitor - stopped in to check out the new place in town, wasn't disappointed!I knew the menu is still very limited but all I was looking for was a burger and a cold beer. They have about 10 taps plus bottles/ cans as well as a full bar.I went on a Saturday just a little before dinnertime and there were plenty of tables or seats at the bar to choose from. By the time I'd eaten the place had started to fill up.Very friendly, helpful staff.They had run out of fries but the onion rings were a good alternative. The cheeseburger was hot and tasty, especially when washed down with a Sea Dog Blue Paw beer!I hope they continue to do well and I'll be eager to try them again.
