Obviously nothing to do with the staff, they're still great (and probably being treated worse as well). But don't eat here unless it's for the meal exchange, because it's no different than what you're eating at a dining hall (which has also managed to become prison-grade).

Staff is always great and friendly. Quality of the grill has unfortunately gotten worse since sodexo took over. Burgers, Chicken sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches have all gotten worse in quality and stayed the same price or become more expensive. Miss those smash burgers more than anything....
