This one store always gets the coffee wrong. Always. Wrong sugar wrong creamer, cold coffee instead of hot. There is another Dunkin 1/4 mile down the road that does 100x the business because they get it right every time.
The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. My sister in law put in an online order but we got very delayed picking it up. They happily refreshed the coffee for no charge and happily put up with our large family group requesting dozens of different things.
Always great. The know my voice, so when I order at the drive thru..they just tell me to pull up. Always with a smile and a good morning which is just what I need at 0415 in the am.
