Typically we are big fans of harvest moon, I often have my husbands lunch delivered to him at work from there. However, I was informed the Columbia St. location was closer so I ordered from them today instead of our regular location. HUGE mistake. I repeated that this was a delivery order 3 different times and the guy taking my order repeated the delivery address to me. Here it is 2 hours later and my husband is still waiting for his lunch. I call, and basically was told "it got put in as pick up, not delivery. what do you want us to do?". No customer service at all, no attempt to make it better, just 'oh, sorry he did that' No big deal to them, they aren't the ones waiting around for their lunch. definitely will not be back to this location if at all.

We ordered multi sandwiches and a couple of cups of Broccoli Cheese soup at the Augusta store a few days ago. Soup was all water and had a few small pieces of broccoli, tasted sour and both people that had it complained of stomach issues later in the day and the next day. One of the guys who had the Rueben called out sick with stomach issues the next day. Sandwich's way overpriced and out of all the sandwich's we ordered nobody like any of them. Never again

I absolutely love harvest moon. Everything is always so fresh and tasty at every location I go to. Always have a great experience when I have been. Only thing I would change is add an Ellsworth location so I can go more often ☺️

Excellent customer service, friendliest employees, super fast service, delicious food! My only complain is the potatoes in the Waterville potato salad is softer than the Bangor area one and doesn’t hit the same. When I was in college, I got the wrong sandwich, and they immediately refired the new one, AND my bag came packed full of pickles (my favorite) because they take the time to get to know their regulars. On top of that, one of the employees walked my order down the street to me at my workplace so I didn’t have to come back out! Nothing but nice things to say about the people and this place!!

I love harvest moon, the food is always delicious and the service is usually great. However, this last time I went it was horrible. The guy working the register didn’t acknowledge me at all for a good 10 seconds of me standing there and I had to initiate the order process. While I was paying he was drawing in his notebook and didn’t say a single word to me and after I asked him if I was good to go he completely ignored me. Didn’t say a thing. The other guy working there was also off-putting and I saw both of them roll their eyes almost Like they were exasperated I was there. (I walked in about 2 hours before they even closed) I usually love coming here but I probably won’t be back for awhile.

Ordered online for takeout. The order was ready very quickly, but they missed including one of the sides. The sandwiches were excellent, but you should probably open the bag and check everything before you go (I didn't).

I ordered the Wicked Garden Burger which came with Pepper Jack Cheese, Spinach, Tomato, Onion, Avocado with Homemade Chipotle Ranch. The veggie burger tasted great. They had several options for different bread including whole wheat. You can make your order a combo, and they have chips and bottled drinks to add to your order. Loved the atmosphere and the music themed decorations.

Atmosphere - a little above average. I liked the menu board and the play of Hit songs worked into the names of their sandwiches.
The caprese sounds interesting and I will try it.
