Did not enjoy my food at all. I ordered a BLT bagel and the sign says " thick cut bacon ". They use microwave bacon that is see through and instantly crumbles, the bagel was soggy untoasted and very sweet ( supposedly an herb bagel ). Not sure which local bakery they get them from but they need to find a better source. Won't be going back.

We just left this location about an hour ago The young lady that was working there looked less than thrilled to be working or serving or existing for that matter We ordered an almond smoothie and a chai latte iced with oat milk My daughter got to the iced chai.
My smoothie had a ginormous chunk of frozen banana at the bottom of it no big deal I ate it whatever....
Meanwhile, my daughter asked for the oat milk AND received dairy, she didn't think anything of it drank it and now she's literally keeling over in pain because of the lactose intolerance side effects she's having with a dairy-filled drink. A lot of my family is allergic to dairy This could have gone in so many different ways - I'm just really glad my daughter is not anaphylactic. This place is kind of cozy and cute. Maybe hire somebody with a little more personality and who can listen. Usually, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, BUT YOU DO NOT PLAY WITH FOOD ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES. I've worked in hospitality most of my career. This is no bueno. Do better man.

Great lattes! I had one of the fall flavors (bourbon caramel quad shot with oat milk), Breakfast bowl is a definite must-have. Gets busy and is kinda loud, not insanely so.
I've been coming to Nest since I was a freshman at UMaine and it's clear that they have declined a bit. Their menu has shortened (aka, less options) and I feel like I get the same thing every time. They used to have so much more variety to offer. Staff is 50/50, sometimes you get someone very sweet and kind, other times you get attitude about how things are ordered or they straight up do not listen at all and get your order wrong. Not to mention, every time I come into this place there are FLIES every where and that just makes me feel like this place is unsanitary. There's dust in the shelves, dirty tables to sit at... I suppose the list goes on. Nest is slowly becoming a place I no longer frequent before or in between classes.

tried the black bear cold brew - caramel+blueberry w/ cold foam, was very tasty!! also got ham,egg,cheese on onion bagel which was delicious! would recommend :)

I never post negative reviews on Google but this time I felt compelled. We ordered some food through the online ordering system and it was a 30 minute estimated pickup time. We showed up 40 minutes later and they hadn't even started preparing the food yet because they "didn't notice the order."
But here is the real issue. One of the orders was a strawberry smoothie for my 4-year old daughter. After we had the order, and my daughter was drinking it, and we were on our way out of the parking lot, a young woman came racing out of the building and flagged us down. She informed us that a large piece of plastic had somehow gone into the blender when she made our smoothy! Sure enough, when we opened the cup, it was completely full of shredded plastic -- we were shocked.
Needless to say, I cannot recommend this establishment.
