Walk in. Order food at the register. They deliver to you at your table and clean up after you go. The food is absolutely delicious! Staff friendly. I'd definitely go there when I visit Orono again!

I don't even know where to start. This is some of the best food I've had in Maine. From Portland to Fort Kent, this is quality eats that really impressed me.
The Birria Tacos... Ohhhh the Birria Tacos! Has food ever made you wish you could move in? The most tender, most flavor filled steak imaginable, and a little side of consomme to drizzle (read: drench) your tacos in. Get in my mouth... Get in my mouth every day....
Counterpoint; The Fish Tacos. A generous golden, crispy battered delicate, flaky fillet of fish. Zesty, chipotle mayo coleslaw with a crunch just tantalizing enough to draw your senses down a wonderful side path to smack straight into the tangy, sweet pineapple chunks. The clean simplicity was like a cool dip in the lagoon before laying back in the sun for the next bite of Birria.
Thank you. And I'm sorry. I can't believe I used to take you to Taco Bell... All the time... But if it lead to this... If that's what it took! If the gorditas of a sorrowful past have lead to a life lived righting that wrong, it was worth it. Man, this place is incredible! Just awesome! Eat here. I didn't really like this place. The food was just ok. I didn't care for the yellow rice in my burrito. I was expecting white rice.
Food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. Lots of options on the menu without being overwhelming. Takeout options are available and were packaged well. Nice atmosphere and good location right in the center of Orono.

Ordered nachos and they came with no cheese. Also ordered the chicken tenders online it doesn't come with fries like advertised on doordash. Won't be ordering from here again.

My husband and I both ordered the House Nachos. Oh my! We added a protein and of course the 3 sides that come with it. HUGE portions! They were layered throughout not just dumped on top. Every bite was loaded. I didnt even put a dent in mine! I will have at least 2 or 3 more meals out of this! My husband likes hot and he was not disappointed with the house made Fuego salsa. I tried a bite of his...if you like hot then you will love it! Great atmosphere and owner super nice! Give it a try! I don't think anything on the menu would disappoint!

This is my first disappointing visit at the tacorita, upon looking at my chicken from my meal I noticed they mixed some dark meat with canned chicken, now I know prices are up but I paid 14 dollars for my meal to be canned chicken? Highly dissatisfied
