I have dined in, ordered take out, and catered from Tacorita many times. Each time the food is delicious, the restaurant is fun, and the staff are friendly and fast. Tacorita is THE best spot for a quick or casual lunch or dinner.
They serve tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and a few versions of taco salad. And horchata. The food is good. But the menu isn't very big; I used to live next door to their other location (in Plainsboro NJ) and the menu there was considerably bigger, with enchiladas and a dozen other Mexican style dishes, which are not available here in the Orono store.
Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, knows their menu really well.

It was fine. Nothing super exciting. We were hoping for something a bit more authentic, but the carnitas tacos were good and the salsa was good. My dining companion ordered enchiladas and their was just ok. I can see this being a fun place if you don't mind noise and lots of activity. That particular evening, it was good, not great.
