Great place to grab dinner before a game at the Alfond with fellow Black Bear fans. Just a 2 minute walk to the arena. Great atmosphere
Great place for a conference
Central Pub is amazing check them out this fall prime spot for games and close to Alfond to grab a drink and bite to eat before or after games
I had brunch here for an alumni band event. Very nice, good food. Thank you alumni association!
Beautiful space for meetings and banquets
The Wells Center was a solid (if fairly standard) conference venue. The room we were in had a really nice A/V setup which was important because we had a complex mix of in person and virtual attendees and presenters. The catered food was also a cut above standard conference catering. What truly put the experience of the venue over the top, though, was the excellent staff.

Who ever knows how to cook bacon, does it well. Best bacon on campus!

Great place to hold events
Sometimes they have grilled cheese, but they never also have tomato soup. This should be considered a criminal offense. The coffee is also always burnt. Worst dining hall on campus
