My fiance went out last night with his friend and was bringing me home something to eat from here. I order honey pepper chicken tender pasta and a ceaser side salad and when he got home they gave me chicken tenders and French fries. They also messed up on his quesadillas. That is not what I had ordered I was so disappointed. We called and talked with the manager and had a store credit to get everything remade. Went back tonight to get our shit remade to order it to go and they got the salad right and quesadillas but forgot about the pasta! So we didn’t leave until we got the pasta we love going to Applebees but this is our first time going to the Oxford location since we moved this way. We want to keep going to Applebees but NOT if they can’t get their shit right and in order! Do better Applebees or we won’t be returning customers and you’ll loose us as regulars
Curbside to go, had to go inside which is no big deal but kind of negates the whole point. Food was 20 minutes late and they gave me my bourbon street steak with no onions or mushrooms just a steak i mean come on.
