Service was very slow. Staff were clueless. I sat down in the waiting area it was just me and the person at the podium didnt ask if I was waiting for anyone else he just said I would be seated when more of my party came in. I had to tell him it was only me. It took an hour for them to bring out my food when I have been to the one in Brunswick MULTIPLE time that’s is FAR more busy and they have been much quicker there. The waiter seemed up in thr clouds to. Staff are not very aware of there customer. Most were gathered around the bar talking to eachother and it took somone 15 minutes to bring my bill after I asked them for it. The waiter shouldn’t have waiter for me to get my card before walking away after giving me my bill. I’ve had better service at worse places.

I had the shrimp Alfredo, which is interesting since there is no such thing as shrimp Alfredo on the menu. I ordered the shrimp rice bowl, and they gave me a spicy dry rub shrimp on fettuccine, Alfredo and broccoli. By far the most disgusting thing I've ever had at a restaurant. The host was a wonderful woman who treated us very kindly.I ordered a med rare steak it came rare asked if they could take it back and they did. The manager Bob brought it back to the table and immediately left. It was slightly cooked but stoll obviously rare. When I pointed this out I was informed that I was wrong and that it had been cooked properly in a very condensing way. He treated me like a child who didn't know what I was talking about even though I am a cook myself and know how properly cook a steak and properly temp it ( with a thermometer). Would not recommend if you are in search of a good steak or nice service.

I had the rib eye plate with extra brocolli. Brocolli was not cooked. Rib eye was well done. I asked for medium. Way to much seasoning extremely salty. Appetizers were ok. Left my waitress a 75.00 gift card. Told her to keep the remainder. Manager was pleasant and did try to make it right.. I just will NEVER eat there again. Manager and waitress were nice. Happy New Year.
