Ordered tonight on their site at 7:55pm for delivery. Called them at 8:48pm because our food still hadn’t been delivered. They assured it would still be fresh. We offered to go get our food, they couldn’t fix and take off the delivery fee and stuff so they said we’d have it in 10 mins. 9:30pm comes and our food arrives: missing food, cold, hard and gross. Trying to contact them and they refuse to answer their phones. -10/10 Do NOT recommend.
I went online to order delivery as we always do when we get pizza from this place. We are only 1.4 miles away. The website wouldn’t let me log into my account so I ordered without log in…. This was about 0625pm. At 0629pm I received a text message on my primary phone (remember I didn’t log in so this is the number I must have left) saying my order was being prepared and I would get it in 20-30 min. 65 min later I call and the woman on the other end quite rudely...read full review
Well according to a manager there from a post on Facebook about hating customers because the big New Yorker is coming back for a limited time she blatantly said she’s hates anyone who orders it because it’s a pain to make
I myself won’t ever go to this location and I will tell friends and family that as well nice to see the owner has a manager that hates customers depending on what they order
