A real classic pizza hut. Even has a salad bar. Service and food were exceptional. Really missed that atmisphere.

I hadn't eaten at a Pizza Hut since high school. Here on vacation and the kids wanted to try Pizza Hut. Despite reading the reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. The host let us know we were welcome to eat in the dining room but needed to place our order as take out. The 2 staff that were working were really nice despite the heat they were working in. The dining room was cooler and clean. I felt transported back to the 80's! We placed our order- 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. Order was ready pretty quick, we could hear the phone ringing regularly for take out. Everything was piping hot and just how I remember Pizza Hut pizza!

This Pizza Hut is a charming gem. The building is perfectly intact and brought us back in time. It is a 100% museum quality Pizza Hut. Even the neon signs were amazing. I imagine that this used to be a real hub of activity in little Oxford decades ago. The evening reflections on the glass windows were great and really set the mood. This place made me feel like I was 8 years old again in a Pizza Hut in the 1980s. A real historic Pizza Hut, if you ask me, and a fun throwback amidst of today’s boring, minimalist dining rooms.

I ordered over the phone, the man repeated my exact order. My bf picked it up and thought it didn’t seem right so called me. We were missing items and now he’s gotta wait 10 more mins. Yet he had paid the whole order already. I get mistakes are made but getting charged the whole order and missing 4 things. Now our pizza will probably be cold. We hadn’t had Pizza Hut in so long and we were excited! I can’t rate the food yet as it’s not here yet.

Walked in at 7:06pm for dine in. Was told they were getting ready to close but we could eat in with take out options. They close at 10pm. Ordered and were giving plastic silverware rudely stating again it was take out options. Made to go to the far side to sit, my husband walks with a cane due to a bad hip, because they were cleaning that side. I needed to remember they were closing, in 3 hours! The young man was the only friendly one as he said have a good evening. The lady was rude from the second we walked in. We love Pizza Hut and have spent alot of money there. Time to rethink that.

We walked in, they immediately said are you eating in or pick up, we said we would like to eat in, they said it would be 30 minutes for food, we waited at table for 20 minutes nobody came to table, all staff long haired kid that set us and other older lady were very rude. If you don’t have staff enough to assign someone to dining room, close dining room or stop taking phone orders There were others sitting with food waiting for boxes that were upset too Never again
Ordered take out at the counter and waited in the restaurant. They made my pizza and put it in the warmer. I was sitting right there in a chair at the counter. After a half hour I asked how my order was doing. I told them my name and they checked the warmer and it had been in there over 15 minutes. I was sitting right there and they just ignored me. Also the pizza was a medium and I paid for a large. The pizza was very bland. I will never return to this location and may never go to any pizza hut ever again.

Made an order over phone got there to pick it up and wrong order of garlic bread stick I got 4 burned slices .asked for extra garlic butter and marinara sauce and there was none of it and was told I had to pay extra will when I ordered I figured that so where is the sauces. Wow the girl that took my order was very slow so maybe her error but I'm not happy with how it was handled

Short staffed, one guy running take out counter and taking tables. There were several cooks and a Manager that was zero help to the counter guy who was busting his butt. Remind me not to travel to this pizza hut again until they do a deep clean and hire more help
