Ordered tonight on their site at 7:55pm for delivery. Called them at 8:48pm because our food still hadn’t been delivered. They assured it would still be fresh. We offered to go get our food, they couldn’t fix and take off the delivery fee and stuff so they said we’d have it in 10 mins. 9:30pm comes and our food arrives: missing food, cold, hard and gross. Trying to contact them and they refuse to answer their phones. -10/10 Do NOT recommend.

Came here for a door dash that had to be picked up by 1204 . I got here on time and was greeted with a very rude employee who started yelling at me. The only place ive doordashed where I've received this type of customer service. He said it doesn't go in the computer untill a dasher accepts it but u accepted it right away. He could have been nicer I wasn't yelling nor rude to him. He had long hair and no name tag

This place does not honor a single Pizza Hut coupon, and the few deals that they do have, they increase the price beyond Pizza Hut's recommendations. Then of course the Pizza Hut scam where they charge you extra for a crust that the restaurant was built on, and then not considering extra cheese as a topping for the deals that include toppings. Not to mention the pizza isn't half as good as it was back in the day. How Pizza Hut is still in business is beyond me. Who goes to a chain pizza place for a $25 pizza? I can get a one topping pizza, which includes extra cheese and all crust types, from Domino's for $8, but here it is about $20 with their supposed deal, a deal that charges you extra at every step. A one topping 9.99 deal turns into $20 somehow. Imagine having the nerve to ask people to pay double the deal price.

Placed an order online for delivery and received no confirmation but was charged. Tried for over an hour to get in touch with the store but was forwarded to customer service center who keep stating the store was offline and they would reach out and call me back and never called back.

This is the worst place to order food through, they always have their phones turned off so if you every need to contact them about a messed up order or to just make sure your order went through it’s impossible. You will be routed to a call center that cannot do anything.
If you order from this store through the app you’re basically playing roulette on when it will arrive either 30 minutes or 3 hours from the time you ordered. Save the hassle and just order dominoes.

Best experience we have had at a Pizza Hut in a very long time, and we have been to several locations. This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it. Zach did an amazing job! Even down wait staff he and his team were awesome!
Service was absolutely HORRIBLE, ALL TABLES WERE DIRTY, DISHES THAT WERE BROUGHT OUR TABLE WAS DIRTY THE SERVER HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE HE LOOKED LIKE HE COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH HIS JOB. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK....

I hadn't eaten at a Pizza Hut since high school. Here on vacation and the kids wanted to try Pizza Hut. Despite reading the reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. The host let us know we were welcome to eat in the dining room but needed to place our order as take out. The 2 staff that were working were really nice despite the heat they were working in. The dining room was cooler and clean. I felt transported back to the 80's! We placed our order- 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. Order was ready pretty quick, we could hear the phone ringing regularly for take out. Everything was piping hot and just how I remember Pizza Hut pizza!
