I ordered over the phone, the man repeated my exact order. My bf picked it up and thought it didn’t seem right so called me. We were missing items and now he’s gotta wait 10 more mins. Yet he had paid the whole order already. I get mistakes are made but getting charged the whole order and missing 4 things. Now our pizza will probably be cold. We hadn’t had Pizza Hut in so long and we were excited! I can’t rate the food yet as it’s not here yet.

Walked in at 7:06pm for dine in. Was told they were getting ready to close but we could eat in with take out options. They close at 10pm. Ordered and were giving plastic silverware rudely stating again it was take out options. Made to go to the far side to sit, my husband walks with a cane due to a bad hip, because they were cleaning that side. I needed to remember they were closing, in 3 hours! The young man was the only friendly one as he said have a good evening. The lady was rude from the second we walked in. We love Pizza Hut and have spent alot of money there. Time to rethink that.

We walked in, they immediately said are you eating in or pick up, we said we would like to eat in, they said it would be 30 minutes for food, we waited at table for 20 minutes nobody came to table, all staff long haired kid that set us and other older lady were very rude. If you don’t have staff enough to assign someone to dining room, close dining room or stop taking phone orders There were others sitting with food waiting for boxes that were upset too Never again

Ordered take out at the counter and waited in the restaurant. They made my pizza and put it in the warmer. I was sitting right there in a chair at the counter. After a half hour I asked how my order was doing. I told them my name and they checked the warmer and it had been in there over 15 minutes. I was sitting right there and they just ignored me. Also the pizza was a medium and I paid for a large. The pizza was very bland. I will never return to this location and may never go to any pizza hut ever again.

Made an order over phone got there to pick it up and wrong order of garlic bread stick I got 4 burned slices .asked for extra garlic butter and marinara sauce and there was none of it and was told I had to pay extra will when I ordered I figured that so where is the sauces. Wow the girl that took my order was very slow so maybe her error but I'm not happy with how it was handled

Short staffed, one guy running take out counter and taking tables. There were several cooks and a Manager that was zero help to the counter guy who was busting his butt. Remind me not to travel to this pizza hut again until they do a deep clean and hire more help

Did take out. The ladies there were nice, I personally feel that the seating area should be up to date it looked the same as it did in high school.
Place was dead, so after waiting 20 MINUTES of waiting for the waiter to come to the table. Seats were covered in crumbs, table may have been cleaned with adhesive it was so sticky (sarcasm, but it was bad). Went next door to Applebee's and had drinks in 5 minutes.

Went there for lunch today about 15 minutes ago waiting for someone to come and seat me waited could not find anyone around so I left just to find the entire staff out side smoking not happy as I drove two hours to go to that restaurant so know I’m spending my money at Applebees

Horrible service we left and so did the other 2 people behind us. Had a lady grab a menu out of our hands and slam it on the counter. For literally no reason. Hope this place gets shut down if you can only handle one table in the establishment at a time
