I went in with a coupon for 1 lg sandwich and free 6 in. Went up to the counter and she said the coupon was no good cause we ordered off the board. And the coupon is only good for make your own sandwich. I never had a problem before and it says nothing about that on the coupon. So I paid full price but I won't be back

I stopped in there Friday night and the 3 young ladies working there were so friendly! I was greeted at the door by one who was sweeping and the two behind the counter were busy but very personable and friendly. I stop at a lot of Subways and this was a pleasant surprise.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich I did delivery mind you I’m 2 minutes down at work.the egg and bacon still cold I asked for it toasted it wasn’t. The customer service was really poor I asked if they can remake it they told me no. This is coming from the manager. The manager blamed the diver for the reason for it being cold. I also ordered a chicken salad the chicken was hot so it doesn’t make sense that the chicken was still hot but my sandwich was not.
