I am the Food Service Director here at Bear Mountain Andover and last week my sister-in-law “Pat Ingersoll” delivered “Pies and Whoopie Pies” made from Valley View Orchard in Oxford, Maine, for the residents here at my work “Bear Mountain Andover” our residents were extremely grateful for the donation and are still talking about how they had the best pies ever and the Whoopie pies (they had never had one and these were huge) I want to say a huge “Thank you” to Valley View Orchard and to Pat Ingersoll for driving several hours to deliver all these to us. Our Residents greatly appreciated the treats!
Bought a whoopie pie at the Big E, brought it home and ate it the next day, it was delish!
I can’t say enough about “Valley View Orchard Pies” our Residents at Bear Mountain Andover haven’t stop raving about not only the Pies but also about the Lemon Whoopie Pies! The Residents say a huge “Thank you”
I purchased three pies from a friend's daughter through her school. Two Keylime and a Bumbleberry and they are absolutely delicious!!!
We bought a frozen peach pie at Spear's Farmstand in Waldoboro, ME. while on vacation in August. We are FUSSY about pie. If we don't like it on the first bite, we toss it. The Valley View Orchards peach pie is one of the BEST pies we have ever eaten. And we're old, so we've tried a lot of pies. Crust was flaky and delicious. Peaches were not ruined with too much sugar or cornstarch. Truly perfect pie. Would have bought another one, but couldn't get back up to Waldoboro before our vacation ended.
I bought an apple blueberry pie the small one. I cut the crust and it Shattered by glass on top. The bottom crust was raw and gave the pie a terrible taste an awful doughy taste.
Great peAch piE‼️
Overpriced rip off junk
Not impressed at all!! The strawberry rhubarb pie was way over cooked and stuck to the pan.. it was mostly crust, barely any filling... so gross and a waste of money!!
The whoopies are so delicious I mean seriously I love them ?

Love it. Great experience and excellent pies!
I don't know about those that commented about store bought and table talk? Sad that they don't know a good pie and that they don't understand that when you have demand you have make production. I just had your blueberry crisp and I loved it! Real wild blueberries! There retail pie is all slurry Mrs. Smith. Your pie was loaded with real fruit! Happy Thanksgiving. Looking forward to trying more of your pies! Mark
I bought a blueberry pie. It's Ok but it doesn't taste homemade. It kind of reminded me of Table Talk. I wouldn't buy it again.
Not exactly what I was hoping for. I thought I was stepping into a place that offered local, quaint, made with love pies. Nope... Factory produced! Nothing about these pies seem homemade and from the heart. More like something you'd pick up at the grocery store. Bummer!
I bought The Maine Wild Blueberry Crisp. The crisp was ok but the blueberry part was not. There weren't many blueberries and it was dry. No juice at all. I do not recommend it
