Went to the driver thru at around 815 pm . Ordered two woppers and the meat was luke warm and seemed to be dried up like it had been sitting out all evening. I was traveling from Portland and had'nt had dinner yet . I typically have excellent experiences here just this time it was not good .

I walked in this goddamn restaurant and just ordered an original chicken sandwich. They accidentally rung me up for the original chicken sandwich meal. When it came out, I informed them of this mixup and asked for a refund of the difference. Several employees could not grasp for the life of them what had happened. I had to explain it 56 times to multiple people. I have never waited so long for someone to understand a simple concept in my life. I hope they’re not making more than 12 an hour because you could not possibly deserve more. I have spoken to smarter toddlers, unbelievable.

The folks at the counter were *awesome* - friendly, efficient, and fun. And there were new food items - like a mexican street corn Whopper - that our family had fun trying. The pickle fries are amazing! And they substituted an Impossible Whopper patty into one of the specialty burgers for me! Fries were too light on salt. The team there was so nice that I would absolutely go there again and just grab a salt packet next time :-)/
Vegetarian options: They kindly swapped in Impossible patty into a speciality whopper meal.

The sign that says their lobby closes at 10 is small, in the dark off to the side of the door. Walked in at 10, staff weren't very personable and food was cold. After working 12.5 hours, I just wanted hot food.

Why does this place make it so difficult to get a double hamburger? It's not in the app, and they effectively get you to buy a double cheeseburger and then delete the cheese.
