My order looked like it was assembled by a 5 year old. Virtually no honey mustard on my wrap. Some couldn't yell the difference between fried and onion rings. I ordered fries but container was half full of onion rings. Ordered the jalapeño cheddar puffs but no jalapeño present.

Not only was the order wrong and then never rectified, the food was cold and sloppy , the manager took to swearing at me because her employee wanted to rush me out of the drive thru after I waited 45 mins for our food. I'd save your money and time

I had such a great experience at the drive-through today thanks to Angie in Newport! She was so friendly, upbeat, and made the whole interaction feel personal and genuine. It’s not every day you find someone who truly brightens your day just by taking your order, but Angie did exactly that. She’s a real asset to Burger King and turned an ordinary stop into a great experience.

Went in last night around nine, and when I went through the drive-through, the employees were super nice! Soon as I got to the speaker the lady, taking my order, welcome to me very friendly and when I got to the window, the manager who took my cash was super pleasant to have conversation with.My food as well came out fresh and hot! And I always see someone cleaning in the front! Unfortunately, they weren’t wearing name tags so I cannot give Credit!

Boyfriend and I spent the day out fishing and slugging water all day on Wednesday..on the way home we decided to try the new brisket whopper..it's now Sunday a.m and we have not stopped pooping and having severe abdominal cramps. Can't expect kids and underpaid adults to handle food properly. Never returning. Completely turned off to BK Completely.
