My order looked like it was assembled by a 5 year old. Virtually no honey mustard on my wrap. Some couldn't yell the difference between fried and onion rings. I ordered fries but container was half full of onion rings. Ordered the jalapeño cheddar puffs but no jalapeño present.
Great customer service at this location. Attention to detail with a smile and courtesy goes a long way. Well done, management, and thank you, employees. It shows that they care about their job and, moreso, their customers.
I had such a great experience at the drive-through today thanks to Angie in Newport! She was so friendly, upbeat, and made the whole interaction feel personal and genuine. It’s not every day you find someone who truly brightens your day just by taking your order, but Angie did exactly that. She’s a real asset to Burger King and turned an ordinary stop into a great experience.
