this evening i went into dunkin. there was a newer older gentleman working the counter. he was alone out front. he cashed us out and started making the drinks. when he was about to put the cold foam on one of the drinks we ordered a younger woman came out and gave him a hard time because it was supposed to be whipped cream. i saw them having the discussion and told them, hey we ordered an iced latte with cold foam, not the signature latte. the woman copped an attitude and stated this time they could put cold foam on it, but the signature lattes must have whipped. again i said, we did not order a signature.they keyed the drink wrong and made it my problem. she turned to the gentleman she was working with and was very snappy with him about this. the guy is new and obviously learning. he handled it with grace. she was quite frankly rude as heck. her entire demeanor sucked even rolled her eyes. belittling coworkers/employees is just poor business practice!

My food came very quickly and the person who gave us. Our food was very nice. It wasnât too crowded. There wasnât a lot of people in. It was very good. Smelt very good and the food was amazing. I had a frozen hot chocolate and a doughnut. Very good combo.

Some of the employees at the Dunkin Donuts in the Palmyra Maine Walmart are absolutely AWFUL to customers AND employees who work in the Walmart. Eyerolling, giving attitudes, raising their voices. They should absolutely hire better people who give good customer service and people who actually care about working there.

This is literally a failing store. I will never again go to anything owned by a law breaking, thoughtless, and heartless person. She refused to let the manager hire enough staff so we all scrambled and stretched ourselves to not even make enough while people fussed for us being slow. Often times during the fall hours, there is only one closer and that means we arenât even allowed LEGAL breaks because you canât just shut the store down for half an hour-counting drawers by ourselves (not safe btw). She wouldnât even let us donate donuts or pastries or coffee after closing, and she took away the senior discount and every other discount because they were âabusedâ. Maâam, itâs palmyra and thereâs a lot of elderly! She wouldnât let us take Tips either. Oh, and she refused to spend an extra 3 dollars per shirt for those of us on the bigger side. Iâd rather sit in the drive thru next door than support someone who doesnât care about ANY of the staff running their store. Just shut it down at this point!

Suffice it to say I will never come to this DD again. The iced coffee(L) price was raised $1.00 more (now $5.17) than any other DD in the area. Price gouging and taking advantage of people.

There was a young man and young lady working before noon today. 10-3-23. So pleasant and nice. Best part of my day. Nice change from the rudeness you get from most dd.
My sandwich was completely cold because the girl working at 1020am on this fine Wednesday morning chose to heat an egg on the croissant setting. She was literally just walking around eating the munchkins before I ordered... I watched her heat it on the wrong setting hoping she would do the right thing and fix it. Nope. I was on break, didn't have much time to ask to fix. But just saying y'all should have some integrity. Do the right instead of being lazy. I normally always have good service here. This must be a new employee I assume. I've never seen her here before until today.

Today at this location I a disabled veteran thatâs Hispanic/Native American was discriminated against while simply trying to get coffee for myself, my kid and sister. The male working the morning told me point blank they were closed when in fact they had a line of white people in front of me. I left, told my sister who is white, she then charged right in to see if she would be denied and in fact she was told by him it would be a couple of minutes. This is disgusting behavior that they have allowed in their workplace and if they canât change what happened, this will continue on with that same male employee or others. He left me feeling humiliated and that I didnât belong in the establishment. The sadder part is the people in line did nothing to help, or stand up to see what he did was wrong. Nor did his female workers, no one stepped in to correct this behavior.

This is the Dunkin' inside of Walmart in Palmyra. I mentioned this cause a lot of people seem to mistake this rating section for the drive thru location I between Irving's and burger king.Anyways! I work here, so I can't give an unbiased opinion haha, and that is all.
