I drive from Pittsfield by MCI to come here instead of the Dunkin thatâs 2 minutes away from my house (that one is constantly running out of stuff & my orders are always wrong) but Palmyra Dunks never disappoints! I always receive exactly what Iâve ordered, never have missing items.

I work right up the road so I come here almost every morning for my coffee and breakfast. Almost every time they recognize me in the drive thru so I donât have to say my order. When I get to the window my order is always ready with no mistakes. I havenât once had to wait for it. The staff is incredibly friendly and I wish I knew the names of the two ladies I see almost every time in the drive thru but you are amazing keep doing what youâre doing!

I the past 6 times I have went there to get a large strawberry dragon, fruit refresher they taste like they just mixed green tea with a bunch of water. Looks like they didnât put syrup stuff in it doesnât even taste like it normally would if I went to a different Dunkinâ Donuts

âOrdered an iced coffee that turned out so bitter, I thought I accidentally asked for espresso with a grudge. Dunkinâ might run on coffee, but this one felt like it was running on spite. I left with a sour taste and a deep appreciation for water. Next time, Iâll stick to the donutsâthey donât brew those bitter.â
