I understand it's work, it gets busy but I just ordered a hot coffee and donut with a vanilla bean drink and it taste nothing like they usually do and leaves a gross after taste thats supposed to be vanilla like and sweet. They gave are donut to the person infront of us and forgot to give them there hashbrowns. The last thing they handed me was the hot coffee which I also found weird seeing how it's just pour add sugars go

Ordered at the drive-thru window a medium decaf hot coffee, with two shots of raspberry and two shots of mocha. Wasn't able to drink it until I got home. There was no raspberry or mocha in it at all. It was just a plain coffee. The tag on the cup did have two shots of raspberry and two shots of mocha printed on it so I don't know what happened.

Me and mother had came in and ordered what we wanted and our order got messed up by the person who took our order. My mother had gotten an iced tea with no ice when she said less ice, along with this she had asked for seven sugars when it wasn't even seven she had gotten. My bacon egg and cheese wake-up wrap was forgotten and when the lady (blond hair, two LGBTQ+ pins on her hat) was reminded, she had given me a maple bacon egg and cheese when it wasn't what I asked. We hadn't realized this until after we left. We didn't even bother to go back due to how long we had to wait just for a bacon egg and cheese (nearly ten minutes) that got messed up and the line that had formed.
Some of the unnamed employees treat other employees very disrespectfully at the one on the same kind of street to the point that I've been going there for almost six or seven years now Faithfully almost every day and it upsetting to see how bad somebody could treat somebody else and turn around and laugh about it you shouldn't treat your employees that way

The bathrooms were gross!! It’s funny that the sign says that they are deep cleaned regularly. It looks like it has been weeks since the restrooms have been cleaned. The floors in the main dining room were also disgusting. There was grass and dirt everywhere all over the floor. It was so bad! Come on Dunkin’ you can do better.
