They have 24 hour service! But around 11pm to 1am they usually clean the machines so you can't really get cold drinks, so I would recommend getting ice and frozen drinks around 4-5pm if you want to avoid rush hours and get really fresh coffee. Also, my experience with the staff is always been pretty great. Very friendly, I'm a regular there so I would know.
Best Dunkin in the area! I drive from Pittsfield by MCI to come here instead of the Dunkin that’s 2 minutes away from my house (that one is constantly running out of stuff & my orders are always wrong) but Palmyra Dunks never disappoints! I always receive exactly what I’ve ordered, never have missing items.
I work right up the road so I come here almost every morning for my coffee and breakfast. Almost every time they recognize me in the drive thru so I don’t have to say my order. When I get to the window my order is always ready with no mistakes. I haven’t once had to wait for it. The staff is incredibly friendly and I wish I knew the names of the two ladies I see almost every time in the drive thru but you are amazing keep doing what you’re doing!
