Always choose the drive through, foods are always correct according to order and nothing is ever missing from my order. Staff are always super nice as well.

I love going here! The staff are so awesome! Though, the last time I went my burger did not taste right. I believe the ketchup or their special sauce was either made wrong or was expired as I did not feel well after I ate it.

Some people that work at this location don’t seem very friendly but I was honestly not gonna get Burger King tonight but decided too and when I came Savanah was super kind and polite, honestly nice person. She was very friendly and honestly made my night better with the service. Glad I stopped by tonight

Truly awful. Quality of fast food franchises like this always vary from location to location, but this is just the worst. I ordered a double whopper with honey mustard on the bottom bun. They gave me two bottom buns and honey mustard separate. I've seen amoebas with more capable burger-crafting skills. I've seen rocks with more brain power. I've seen prisons give out better food. The only grace I can give this place is the fries, but there is truly no way to mess that up.
Congratulations on having a team made up of people who hate themselves more than they hate their job. At least, I'm hoping that's the case, otherwise I'd have to assume the kitchen is just comprised of human-shaped balloons puppeteer by an infant.

Almost every time I go here, it’s always something. Unfortunately living in a small town leaves very limited options for a bite to eat after 8:00. Every time I tell myself I’m not going back again, so really it’s my own fault. Been everything from orders wrong, missing additions that I have already paid for, mission food all together and the list just goes on. Today, I experienced the worst customer service from the “manager”. When I first showed up in the empty drive through, 2 out of the 3 workers where out front smoking. One nice young lady(the only one inside to my knowledge) came over the speaker and asked for me to give her a minute. No problem there I understand you may need a minute to get to your ordering screen or whatever. I ordered my food, drove up and paid for it. My order was just thrown into a bag, two of the sandwiches pretty much unwrapped and hanging out of the “wrapper” and my chicken nugget baggie tipped upside down hidden underneath the lettuce from one of my half wrapped sandwiches. When I went in to explain I was missing my nuggets, the manager saw me walk in, walked right by me, completely ignored me and walked around the corner. After telling the window worker that I think they forgot my nuggets, the manger walked back around and gave me nothing but a very nasty, rude and unprofessional response. Disgusting. Makes sense why they train to “fluff, don’t stuff”. Their customers don’t mean anything to them.

Okay, like so pissed! So i was so hungry and i thought i would stop here to get a milkshake because i love a good burger king milkshake. I got there at 11pm on may way home from work, and they were open till 12. i order my milkshake but they refused to make it for me because they already cleaned the machine. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT WHEN THERE IS AN HOUR LEFT? not to mention they were extremely rude about it. Workers are always grumpy and i can’t believe that they would refuse service to a customer
