Love the iced coffee. However, the hubs usually gets a hot coffee, and his almost always tastes scorched. I suspect the coffee machine temp is set a bit too high. Otherwise, coffee is great.

I stopped into this dunkin after traveling from Massachusetts and I watched this lady make my drink and she dropped the lid to my drink on the floor and still used it. I had to ask one of the cashiers what her name was and they said erin.

Save time just go next door to Norway or anywhere else in general. I honestly do not know how this place is still standing?!? Very poor costumer-service always messed up coffee and I have a very simple order!! I used to work here I loved my job and made sure I put my all into whatever I was doing I don't understand what happened?!? Also the phones!!! Every-time im in there somebody on the work floor is on there phone or has earbuds in there ear listening to music like what?!?! Just terrible all around!

Every time I go to this specific Dunkin (Southpairs Maine) they manage to mess something up. The most recent time I went was today and there was two young girls just visibly sitting on there phones, the older lady proceeds to place our order we got our coffee (tasted sooo bitter đ¤˘) as a good 5-10mins pass by they finally acknowledge we are still waiting on our food. The older women the one who took our order comments âIm going outside to do trash so you cook their foodâ (meanwhile the younger girls are still on their PHONESSS!!) one of the younger girl continues to say âI dont want to make the food eitherâ insisting her co-worker makes them. Her co-worker dose eventually make them after saying the same thing âI dont want toooo!!â All I can say is terrible service!! Such poor attitudes and PUT YOUR PHONES AWAY YOUR AT WORK?!?! whats wrong with people now and days? If you dont want to work then DONT!!!

Very helpful staff! Great coffee. Veggie egg bites were good.
I like south paris Dunkin typically. Theyâre very speedy even thought theyâre busy. Today I was picking up a to go order, and when I got to work there were only three hashbrowns in the bag. So sad! They were also rock hard. The woman who cashed me out for the donuts I ordered at the speaker box didnât even greet me with âgood morningâ or a hello, just handed out the to go order and then announced the total for the munchkins. Pretty disappointing! I typically go to Aroma Joes instead but figured Iâd get Dunkin today⌠my mistake :(

After ordering on Guest app. online . i went in and again no triple exspresso ,the machine was down..and Grrr. .no coffee rolls . I called store 18th oct ,the manager wasnt availible ..however ,a nice fella told me he was a shift lead& apoligized . told me to come back in get the 4 coffee rolls and if they have none ,then theyd , either refund me or do something the same or ?different ,like a dozen donuts .
