I like south paris Dunkin typically. They’re very speedy even thought they’re busy. Today I was picking up a to go order, and when I got to work there were only three hashbrowns in the bag. So sad! They were also rock hard. The woman who cashed me out for the donuts I ordered at the speaker box didn’t even greet me with “good morning” or a hello, just handed out the to go order and then announced the total for the munchkins. Pretty disappointing! I typically go to Aroma Joes instead but figured I’d get Dunkin today… my mistake :(

After ordering on Guest app. online . i went in and again no triple exspresso ,the machine was down..and Grrr. .no coffee rolls . I called store 18th oct ,the manager wasnt availible ..however ,a nice fella told me he was a shift lead& apoligized . told me to come back in get the 4 coffee rolls and if they have none ,then theyd , either refund me or do something the same or ?different ,like a dozen donuts .

Stopped in for coffee and donuts during a road trip and wanted to give a shout out to Mat! He was running the walk in register and the drive through at the same time and was killing it. Friendly and efficient, I appreciated it!

The lady at the drive-thru was horrible! They didn't have coffee rolls, so we asked what else they had instead. With a blank face, she just said donuts. Another lady in the back yelled out a list of other options. So once we picked and got our donuts, we said thank you, and, without a "you're welcome," she just shut the window on us. Terrible experience there.

It’s crazy that this place is still functioning. Never one to complain but, old dude that works the morning shift with the goatee/grey black patchy beard that was working the sandwich station has been super rude to my younger brother, my wife, and myself on various occasions. Foods usually warm if best and coffees usually burnt/acidic.
The newer (?) gentleman is an absolute gem! I will always drive the extra mile to go to this location rather than the others in the area! Most consistent and wonderful staff!! Thank y’all!

I Buddy and I went thru the Drive Thru. They were out of most everything, and the Service was a bit slow. It was 11:00 at Night. I had Coffee and a Boston Crème Donut. The Food wasn’t bad.
