They did not answer the phone nor did they want to do any work the female in the store did not want to make my meal and I had called not even 30 mins before and was told they could make it clearly the female employee was lazyyyyyyy!!!! And as well I called after and no one answered the phone and 2 hung up on me

I felt so sorry for those poor workers. They are clearly under staffed. The young man at the register was not only doing the front end, but also going out back and helping prep food. On top of being very polite to very rude customers. Yes we waited a long time for our food, however they were not goofing off out back, they were busying butt trying as hard as they could. Kudos to them for showing up to a complete mess and putting up with jerks. Thank you

About six months ago I went to the KFC in Paris ME drive-thru and left because they had NO FOOD READY. Today I decided to try again and guess what? THEY HAD NO FOOD READY. Told it would be a 15-minute wait (in the drive thru!).

Food is mostly ok, service is hit or miss (never give butter for biscuits, had orders that were missing a piece of chicken, etc). Bit of a hassle having to sit in a drive thru line to pick up an online order because they are once again short-staffed and have locked the lobby doors (corporate might want to make it a more attractive place to work, might help with their staffing issues, idk).
Worst fast food experience in years. Didn't have the sandwich i wanted so I ordered tenders that were lukewarm was aked to tip them after and given a tone the whole rest of my interaction after saying no, I also revived a half flat Pepsi that was filled to the top with ice and she forgot my sauce even tho I asked twice... won't be going back.

After waiting a full 8 minutes to order at the drive thru, I was told that they didn't have any biscuits made and it would be a 12-minute wait AND the chicken wasn't ready either. I drove around the car that was still waiting for their food at the delivery window, as did the cars behind me. Forget this place.

Last time I went in the person on the register didn't want to help anyone and got pissed about me needing ketchup. This time my boyfriend went in and got 2 chicken pies and one had 1 bite of chicken and the other had 2. This used to be a favorite of ours but lately the service sucks and the food is over priced and not worth it.

This has got to be the slowest KFC ,I ordered through the app and said my order was ready when it wasn't , I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my combo meal. Not impressed
