Food is mostly ok, service is hit or miss (never give butter for biscuits, had orders that were missing a piece of chicken, etc). Bit of a hassle having to sit in a drive thru line to pick up an online order because they are once again short-staffed and have locked the lobby doors (corporate might want to make it a more attractive place to work, might help with their staffing issues, idk).

Worst fast food experience in years. Didn't have the sandwich i wanted so I ordered tenders that were lukewarm was aked to tip them after and given a tone the whole rest of my interaction after saying no, I also revived a half flat Pepsi that was filled to the top with ice and she forgot my sauce even tho I asked twice... won't be going back.

After waiting a full 8 minutes to order at the drive thru, I was told that they didn't have any biscuits made and it would be a 12-minute wait AND the chicken wasn't ready either. I drove around the car that was still waiting for their food at the delivery window, as did the cars behind me. Forget this place.

Last time I went in the person on the register didn't want to help anyone and got pissed about me needing ketchup. This time my boyfriend went in and got 2 chicken pies and one had 1 bite of chicken and the other had 2. This used to be a favorite of ours but lately the service sucks and the food is over priced and not worth it.

KFC has always been the place for chicken for my family. The potatoes were luke warm at best and the gravy was a solid mass. The chicken was fairly good, the only thing I didn't have complaints about. There was no line and we still had to wait for service. The food came out really quick though and that was nice.

Came in early today, I ordered some food. But I seen a young boy maybe 16 or 17 smoking in the kitchen area part where they would make your food. It my opinion that’s insanity and unnecessary, I don’t want any of my food to be smoked around because anything could get in. I barely even eat my food after seeing that I ended up throwing it away. I have seen some bad experiences at this kfc and hopefully stuff can change and be good for the better. This was around 4:30ish maybe 5pm.
Inside was closed due to no staff. After the drive-through window line did not move for 8 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us (we timed it) we left. I hope they get their act together

I came in looking for a key that I lost last time I ate here. The lady at the register went back and asked the manager, I could see and hear them. He wouldn't even bother going and checking the safe to see if my key was there. And the lady at the register commented on how lazy the manager was, telling me "I guess we don't have it". She did give me a free soda though for my troubles. Not that it helps me find the keys to a half million dollar camp. It's a shame because I love KFC. But the manager of this store being too lazy to even check if my lost key is in the safe is beyond comprehension.

Everytime we go there it is a ridiculous wait. Drive thru takes about 30 minutes which. This makes zero sense when your working on only 4 orders at a time. Today we were missing items and had to ask for the rest. Worker looked at us like he couldn't believe we were missing items.

App didn't work for me so called and they graciously took order by phone. Order ready when I pulled up to window. Fast and efficient service. Food was hot and tasty ! Got the Tuesday special.. 8 pc for $10...a super deal and the thighs and drumsticks were large, moist, and perfectly cooked..I did not expect much but exceeded expectations !
