Went to South Paris a little after 6pm to grab my grandsons some French fries and toys. The gentleman collecting payment was fine but pulled to pick up.window and it was crazy! A bunch of people were milling around gossiping to each other. Finally a girl.thrust a bag out the window. I checked to make sure the order was correct. When I opened the bag, the bottoms of 2 French fry containers were facing me! I moved the dumped containers to find toys on the bottom. I hollered in the window upside down fries? Really?? Not one person even looked at me. I would much rather give my business to Burger King where they actually seem to care for their customers!

McDonald's is way to expensive. It's a win though if thr people at the window actually speak. Usually it's hand your card back, next window a hand comes out handing you a bag, then window closes. Been my experience at many locations in Central Maine. Losing customer service with price increases means I'll be loving the $5 biggy bags and someone saying have a nice day

Was sent to the second window. Had to wait 10 minutes. I received a cold burger and fries. Worst service

Food took just under 8 minutes. I count 8 drive thru cars served in that time. None of which were in line before I ordered. The contactless machine wouldnt take payment. The machine didnt have reciept paper, which is a regular occurance at this store. The food came out room temperature. The place in clean.

Seems really clean. Lots of delinquent kids horsing around inside. Pretty sure just to get out of the cold but really, you should teach kids to act right. There were like 2 cars in the parking lot and none in the drive thru.
