McDonald's is way to expensive. It's a win though if thr people at the window actually speak. Usually it's hand your card back, next window a hand comes out handing you a bag, then window closes. Been my experience at many locations in Central Maine. Losing customer service with price increases means I'll be loving the $5 biggy bags and someone saying have a nice day
Seems really clean. Lots of delinquent kids horsing around inside. Pretty sure just to get out of the cold but really, you should teach kids to act right. There were like 2 cars in the parking lot and none in the drive thru.
I am a dasher, which means I am there almost every day on the job. The regular employees are trained as well as can be. The general manager kicks butt. It's middle- management who needs an overhaul. I can't think of one who doesn't, at some point, show resentment and disrespect or just plain rudeness to the Dashers. Night crew spend more time outside than in.
