Place to go if you got to run on Dunkin.

Our cashiers didn't hide the fact he didn't want to be there. We waited too long for a hot chocolate while he made drinks for the people behind us... and served us all at the same time. Poor attitude.

Every New Englander knows they have their specific Dunkin, however. Pittsfield Dunkin is my only option. I would say they’re great depending on what time you go! From 7am-9am I never have any issues. Food is hot, line is short & quick, staff is friendly! But after 10, the staff is much less friendly, they tend to run out of food items, and the line takes forever. But, overall I’d definitely say 4 out of 5 stars

Depending on who’s working you can get good coffee/food or get crappy coffee/food. I once got an avocado toast that was made with frozen bread and when I went inside to ask for a new one they just toasted the same one again and it was still cold lol.

Omg.. they can't make a coffee correctly.. had to remake mine and still not right. You need better workers and or better management.. do your darn. Job right then u wouldn't get bad reviews..

The people are great. The food is like any other Dunkin. Bitter and plastic

Friendly service. Good prices. Fast paced.
My only complaint is that I've had workers hand me my coffee and/or food without gloves, and some have had really dirty fingernails. I suggest all employees wear gloves when handling customers orders, even if it is just a simple coffee. Thanks.

By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been too.. the locals know what I'm talking about.
The food is great.... when they have it. This particular store sends to cater to the early bird, unless you're getting coffee or one of the modern barista items you're pretty much out of luck laster in the afternoon or evening. I see why Dunkin Donuts got rid of the donuts in the name. The cashier I had did an excellent job, the communication from order to creation was lacking though. Good place, could use some improvement.

I wanted to order an English muffin, toasted with jam and was told we don’t carry jam any more. I was then charged almost $11 for two small coffees and 1 donut. Done with Dunkin

Simple order, but was incorrect. Black coffee had cream... croissant breakfast sandwich didn't have the sausage we paid extra for. Didn't realize until we had already pulled away. Long wait for mediocre food.
