The food came out fast, it was very hot, and all the meat that was in me and my boyfriend’s meal was so juicy and delicious! We will absolutely be returning! 10/10 probably my new favorite Chinese restaurant!

GREAT food and fantastic service!
Extremely disappointed. Very slow service. Seems like there is one guy doing everything in here. Phone constantly ringing nobody picks it up. Food is bla. Place used to be really good :(
7 of us got together for dinner. Was nice and quiet, food was good and hot!
We just moved to Pittsfield from Indiana , we have eaten this food twice since we’ve been here and think it’s so good . It’s a great atmosphere and they are so friendly !
What a fabulous surprise to find this fantastic food in an out of the way, family owned restaurant in Pittsfield! Unusually delicious, well prepared, plentiful, with high quality, tender-cooked meats cut and prepared to perfection, with vegetables that were not over cooked! I couldn’t be more praiseful. The hot and sour soup boasted various Asian diced vegetables, tofu, a little seaweed, and a great broth. I haven’t had this level of delicious Chinese cuisine in years. The service was equally as attentive to detail and extremely pleasant! Kwong Lee has a very happy new customer!!!
Did take out order.... wanted to bring it all back. Complete waste of 50 dollars.. everything had bad aftertaste and we had to throw it all out. Best thing was the prepackaged cookie... will never go back!
We have been here twice and love it! Small place but plenty of flavor.
Food is always great.

This place was a pleasant surprise- much lovelier on the inside than the outside suggests. The food, was fresh and plentiful, a tremendous value for the money.

I’ve noticed if you dine in the food is much better quality than if you get takeout. The prices have gone up quite a bit over the last year too! One time I asked for the itemized bill and saw they charged extra for duck sauce so the last few times I specifically said no duck sauce, but they still gave it and charged me.
I just ordered half steamed half fried dumplings and I could not force myself to take another bite. It was horrible! It tasted like chemicals of some sort, its upsetting because obviously i spent money for food i expected to be good. Maybe the oil is old or something but i ended up throwing it away today. The dough is also SUPER thick, more dough than meat. I lost my appetite. The owner is really sweet, but they need to be better in the kitchen. Its ALWAYS either the flavor is WAY off or its RAW. Theres no winning here.
