My family and I have enjoyed subways sandwiches for many years, but since we've started getting our sandwiches made by one special employee a nice women named Tammy they have been amazingly delicious. She take the time to understand what you want and her customer service is unbelievable. Always ask me how I'm doing and if my son isn't with me she always ask how he doing.. she has become one amazing sandwhich artist.
Got two sandwiches made by Savannah, she greeted us as soon as we walked in the door! Very kind, and great food!
I went in for lunch. The lady was by herself and she was extremely busy. She was handling the situation very well for how busy it was. She wad a small girl blond with glasses not sure what her name is but she is the only that can handle how busy it is when I go in. Need more workers like her!
Service was very friendly. Sandwiches were delicious. Best sandwich i have ever had at subway . Savannah did an excellent job. Will definitely go back again and hopefully she will be.
The worst, order was wrong, there was no meat on the roast beef sandwich and the pit ranch dressing on each sandwich, just gross
I ordered two large subs on the subway app from the Pittsfield store. I got there yesterday to pick my subs up and the doors were locked no one there. I called the only store I could find a number for (Skowhegan Subway) they said the guy that owns Pittsfield owns Newport and Skowhegan as well. They said call Pittsfield the following day and talk to them about a refund for gettung my sandwiches. I called the following day and the store was still closed. So I called Skowhegan again. And I talked to somebody again they said they were going to message the owner and we get back to me this was 11:00 a.m. in the morning. I heard nothing back so around 1:00 p.m. I called and I was told they were still waiting to hear from the owner. 6:00 p.m. came around and I still have heard nothing so I called to Skowhegan store again and the person there said that the shift had changed with new people and she would text the owner and see what they wanted to do. I was told then that the Pittsfield store couldn't keep employees there to keep it open and she didn't know why they didn't turn the app off to stop orders from coming in there. Still have not heard anything back from anyone so I called my bank and tell them I used the card and what had happened and they are disputing the cost so I could try to get a refund it's going to be 10 business days hopefully I get my money back $25. With the fact that the owners have not contacted me tells me how unimportant I am to them and Subway I will never spend another dime any Subway ever again 😞.
Ordered online. Never received my food. Second time I ordered today and it took 3 1/2 hours the first time. Both times they never answered their phone. No refund, no communication. I ordered at 7 and now they’re closed. This store needs to be closed down. Horrible excuse for a subway.
ATTENTION.....PLEASE DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE IF U ARE IN THE PITTSFIELD AREA..DRIVERS HAVE TO COME FROM SKOWHEGAN SO IT WILL TAKE U HRS TO GET UR FOOD..BUT IF U ORDER FROM NEWPORT STORE THEY HAVE DRIVERS IN THAT AREA AN U WILL GET UR FOOD IN A TIMELY FASHION ..SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE..
Horrible service, rude to customers. Was rushed through my order making mistakes. Explain I needed another flatbread. Got the rolled eye and glared at. On the way out the employee started talking about our group to another customer?Completely unprofessional. At least the food tasted good...
Food and service was good. This subway is about 15% more in cost compared to my local subway. Be aware of pricing.

I usually order online and pick up. They have gotten the order right every time, even though I have some different requests.
I have never had to wait for more than one person/group in front of me, even if i order at the counter.
The staff is always friendly and efficient.
