absolute trash service I literally ordered on DoorDash yesterday from Subway and they didn’t even submit my order the entire day and then today I called them multiple times trying to get a hold of at least a employee no one answers for hours most absolute garbage subway ever can’t even do the basic part of their job which is accept orders and answer the phone.

Having one person work with no management during a dinner rush seems irresponsible. Person who was working did her best and was super friendly. Where was the manager if they were that short staffed?? Saw at least 10 people leave because the wait was so long

Easily the worst Subway to ever exist. Its a shame this is one of the only places to get food in Pittsfield... Within the past year they have ran out of bread (Twice), and meat. The order is almost never right, I kid you not we order almost once a week and I might have received exactly what I ordered like 6 times. They often keep one person on staff during nights, and they're never capable of doing their job effectively. On top of it all they never run any of the "Subway Deals" we see on commercials.I truly can recommend this place to anyone!

Worst subway in MaineHad absolutely nothingAnd what they had was old not fresh! No small cups, no cookiesno bread besides weat , no peppers nothing!They don't even take subway coupons!Definitely will not be returning there
Absolutely hate ordering and picking up from this place. When you order regular lettuce there is almost none on the sandwich. SO I've come to the realization to order more lettuce more pickels for every sandwich. There isn't even a full layer to cover the bread. 4 pickles is not extra pickles. I asked for alittle oil and I'm squeezing the oil out of the bread. Between the 2 sandwiches you can't even tell there's something on the inside its the same thickness as if I only ordered bread.Spicy Italian extra lettuce, extra pickles, regular tomatoes, alittle oil.Buffalo chicken extra lettuce extra hot sauceWife just opened hers. Wrong bread.

Place is a joke it's nasty never clean employees are teenagers who don't care and wear shorts so short it leaves no imagination The owner is a cheap sake and will cut every corner just to save a penny. Surprised it's not shut down yet but if course they know when inspection is so they make it seem perfect just long enough.carful eating here or you may get food poisoning as employees eat right out of the line that your getting your food from they done grabbed bare handed and ate out of yuck.

If manager was present, they were hidden in the back.Music was loud enough to make it difficult to communicate without raising your voice.Toppings were reversed on order.Bread was limited.This is not the first time my order was wrong at this location, but it is certainly the last.

Food is ok but for some reason they don't accept online coupons. Ordered a buy 2 footlongs and was supposed to get a 3rd free. Got there to only 2 sandwiches. I would have drive to the Subway a town over. There they honor coupons. Quite ridiculous!

I usually order online and pick up. They have gotten the order right every time, even though I have some different requests.
I have never had to wait for more than one person/group in front of me, even if i order at the counter.
